Location
We requested a crib for our baby by email before arriving, and we were told that it would be provided in our room.
We arrived at around 7:00 PM, but there was no crib in the room. We also asked at the front desk, but had to make several requests and wait a long time before the crib finally arrived. When it did arrive, there was no blanket, so we had to wait again for one. Our baby was extremely tired and wanted to sleep, so the whole situation was very frustrating and inconvenient.
Second, the elevators were extremely slow. This morning, we waited a very long time for an elevator while carrying all of our luggage.
Third, there were many insects in the room. In the middle of the night, our children found a cockroach in their bed. This completely ruined the night for all of us and was very upsetting.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially considering the expectations we had for the hotel. The issues with the crib, the slow elevators, and especially the insects significantly affected our stay.
