The room was small but well presented. Missing a bedside table on one side which would have been nice. But everything about the room was great.
The location is very very close the Clifton hill so was a bit loud for us.
The restaurant has a beautiful view but isn't open until the evening so no opportunity for drinks overlooking the falls.

The view was absolutely incredible. The location is amazing, it's really easy to get to the hotel, and the main entrance is accessible from the main road. Areas within the hotel are well sign-posted, the lifts are great, the decor is great. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was great, and the staff will seat you close to the window if they can. I was able to leave my bag with them after check out so I could enjoy my final hours in Niagara without having to drag a suitcase with me. It was labelled and kept secure for the duration.
As much as I didn't love the price, it was absolutely worth every penny. The only problem I encountered was trying to book a window seat for breakfast, I couldn't get through the form because it requires a zipcode, which we don't have in the UK, and I didn't know how to make one up. But it wasn't necessary in the end, as when I went, it was quiet enough for me to get a window seat without booking.

We did not like the hotel as the room was extremely small. The smell from the carpet and air conditioner was gross. Also, the bathroom was full of ants. Overall poor.
