Love the location! Walking distance to Clifton Hill and the American falls. WEGO blue line stop is really close to get to horseshoe falls and other attractions. Rooms are renovated I guess. Overall not bad if you don't look at details, comfy bed.
I'm glad breakfast was included but it was the worst so far I've ever had in a hotel. When it says one warm sandwich - that's what it is! On top of that slices of regular bread, cram cheese, jam and peanut butter packs. 3 types of cereal, one fruit (banana or apple on days we stayed). Coffee, tea, orange juice, apple juice.

Breakfast was good, nothing extraordinary, but sufficient. The staff worked hard to keep everything in order, they did a good job.
It has a small pool, though it is heated and also a sauna, both of which we were able to enjoy without any issues.
They offered free parking, which was great and gave us the chance to do almost everything on foot; you can reach the entertainment area in five minutes.
The mattress could have been more comfortable, but it was fine for three days.

Loved the location and I really appreciated the free parking and breakfast. The hotel is not fancy but the rooms are clean and the staff was friendly.
The beds were not the most comfortable. Very firm, but some people like that. We also only had 1 working elevator during our stay, and that caused some delays.
