Downtown location is close to the park and falls. Very cool hotel and Kevin at the hotel bar is a gem!
Sink didn’t drain well, TV also didn’t work.

Hotel is close to everything. You can walk everywhere. Loved the lounge on the 19th floor for viewing the nightly fireworks. The bar is beautiful and the bartenders (Vinny and Kevin) are fantastic. They make great drinks but bar vibes are really welcoming. We looked forward to stopping by each evening; great conversations, helpful suggestions about the area and just really good fellas!!!
The food kitchen, dinning room and around the hotel in general could be cleaner and needs a little maintenance/attention.

The staff. Literally the best.
The town of Niagara is not what I thought it was going to be. The location was not the greatest. But it was convenient.

Location. That's it — the falls are walkable from here.
Check-in. We arrived early and asked if our rooms were ready. Told check-in is at 4pm. We came back at 2:30 and asked again — most hotels will let you in early when the room is ready. Same flat answer: "Check-in is at four." Not "they're not ready yet," no explanation, nothing. They did offer to hold our bags, but there's no luggage room — they just leave them in the dining area. The front desk showed no interest in us whatsoever. The policy is their right; the delivery was rude and unwelcoming.
The room. Dust on every shelf and table. The desk chair had peeling, flaking upholstery. Streaks and residue in the shower. Stains on the duvet. Stains across the carpet. The room had simply not been cleaned.
The lounge. There's a top-floor lounge with panoramic views, which sounds like a highlight. It isn't. It's an empty room with a few sofas — no bar, no water, no staff, nobody there at all. And the windows are filthy: the exterior glass is covered in cobwebs with what looks like a hundred spiders living on it. It's disgusting to look at, and for anyone with arachnophobia it would be unbearable.
