Ted and his wife were super welcoming and friendly! Ted even told us about a great fishing spot. The room was sparkly clean, comfortable, and had everything we need. The location is great, close to the falls and other attractions such as Whirlpool Aero Cart and White Water Walk.

The breakfast was lovely and the hosts were extremely nice.
The bathroom was a bit odd. Some of the metal fixtures had been painted and there were places the paint had been scraped off. Just looked like it needed some TLC.

The accessibility and location was great; and the room was super comfortable and supplied w everything you might need (if forgotten!).

We liked everything about the property. On arrival we were greeted by Ted the owner and shown to our clean and comfortable room. The linens and bed were top notch and the breakfast was delicious.
