Huge room, massive bed, shower amazing . Location fine, it was away from the tacky noisy tourist area so suited us.
We asked to be moved from top floor as air conditioning units on roof making constant noise we could hear, through roof. We were moved, so happy.
Breakfast ok- cooked options poor- greasy and tastless

Perfect location, a walking distance from Clifton Hill, the room is very clean and the beds are comfy, plus having a parking spot on site is a plus point.
The breakfast used to have a little more variety compared to when we stayed a couple of years ago, not sure if the hotel is cutting cost or what, but they can improve on this one.

Staff were good
Nice restaurants at walking distance
Clifton hills is a 5 min walk
Breakfast was dissapointing. It was cold mostly and had very few options.
Low value for the money we paid.
