The hosts were most welcoming and helped us to park on arrival, detailed instructions both written and verbally explained where everything we required were provided.
The suite was beautiful and clean and had all we needed.
It was peaceful and breakfast was lovely and personal served by Alice and Jackie.

The location was fantastic. Just a 10-minute walk to downtown and falls. It was a great choice because we came by car, and could enjoy the free parking. Everything was in easy walking distance. Warning, the parking area is a little tight, so be prepared if you have a big car. We had no problem with a Lincoln SUV, but I can imagine a big pick-up truck would be a tighter squeeze.
The breakfast was fantastic. We stayed two nights, and breakfast each day was a little different and well-rounded. The owners were also very helpful and kind. Alice told us about the fireworks that night when we checked in, which was great too know because we would have missed them the following night because of the rain. I would highly recommend this place to any family and friends if they asked me where to stay in Niagara.
Nothing to complain about. The space was just right for our needs. We had to go up some wooden deck stairs to get to our room and down some stairs for breakfast, so if you have any issues with stairs, you may want to make sure if you can get a room on the main floor. It was no problem for us.

Loved the āno nameā unit that had a separate entrance and a small foyer with mini fridge and microwave as well as coffee/tea station.
The unit was private and very clean; a handy door to enter the shared breakfast area. Breakfast was delicious and warm and presented beautifully!
The location was just walking distance to main attractions, very convenient.
The hosts Jacky and Alice truly care about their guests to make them feel comfortable! I will highly recommend to stay at Susanās villa.
