We got a smoking room so I didn’t expect perfection. Even then didn’t expect what we walked into. There are so many different unpleasant smells in this place it’s unimaginable. They charge for cats, if your not employed there. We where given a room that was not presented on the advertised photo. The handle for the sink leaked and our curtain had holes in the blackout side of the curtain so there was no day sleeping. Had to exchange and get key card scanned multiple times. Maybe it was the discounted price through the app? I don’t know, and it’s like the longer we stayed the more our neighboring room got louder. It seems she may have been employed there. No fire sprinkler in rooms ment for smoking, no hammer to break glass on locked fire extinguisher storage in hallway. Just questionable all around, beware. Nice $taff, happy and proud to be there!.

This stay was one of many hotels that we had booked on our tour and with out question the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. When we pulled up we got a bad feeling about it. When we got into the rooms, they smelt like cigarette smoke and were clearly run down. The room was not clean. Sheets had dirt, hair and what looked like bed bugs and who knows what else in them. The bathroom was disgusting with hair in the towels, hairballs floating around on the floor, dirty rusty water leaking from the sink all over the floor. Rust in the shower and dirty toilets with pieces of $*@t still in the toilet. Needles to say we will never stay here again.

Liked the large bathroom and nice grab bars, shower head with nice pulsing water massage, electrical plug in's lamp on/off buttons at easy to reach waist level, comfy bed and lots of pillows. Price reasonable.. Missing washcloths. Toilet running on arrival but an easy fix just lifted the cover and lifted the flapper and it stopped running. We did unplug the frig so we could sleep just had a light but annoying clicking sound. Breakfast; Good tasting hot waffles and syrup but no butter or jelly just 'whipped spread' and cream cheese for toppings. Nice selection of juices. .

The exterior seemed to be a little run down. The room was not real clean. There were paper/cloth scraps on the floor as if it had not been vacuumed. The bath mat in the shower looked extremely warn. We took it out before we showered, It seemed more sanitary. I would not recommend this property.

There was no way that this room was cleaned! Poop on the toilet seat. Stains on bedspreads. Basic trash and dirt on the floor. The shower was great.

Would not recommend. Not a clean room. Mattress looked worn out. Booked room with 2 beds but was given room with one bed. Thought I booked non smoking, smelled like the Marlboro man stayed there regularly.

This is an older facility so the bathrooms are rather small and the rooms are, well, older but adequate. The room was clean, TV worked fine, breakfast was typical continental style. Right off I35 with several fast food chains close by.

Just run down hotel. Bathroom was gross. The seat had some type of yellow splatter on it. Cost was cheap but I guess you get what you pay for.

We checked in late and the lock on the door was broken. The latch was swinging and the screw was loose. All in all it was $80 for the night and although I felt unsafe the room was okay, the room was out dated and the carpet needs a good steam vacuuming. The bathroom grout needs changed, not sure if it was mold or just brown/black from years of use.

While this was convenient, the quality of service was not as friendly and good as the America's Best in Emmetsburg. We received a bill from Expedia, as expected. We also received a bill for a full night's stay from the motel. Upon investigation, wasnt even our credit card. Were watching ours closely to be sure no extra charges are made.

American flag in the front of hotel is old, worn, and torn. Badly needs replacing. Staff was polite. Management needs to be proactive in cleaning. Decent price and location if you want just a room.

Older motel with a refrigerator and microwave. Reasonably priced so very adequate for a nights rest while traveling.

There was stains on the sheets and tue room wasn’t clean. I would never recommend this place to anyone. We went out and bought bedding of our own.
