Everything was good. Nice facility, comfortable and clean, all staff members i spoke to were courteous and made sure my needs were met. All in all a very pleasant stay.

It was one night only but everything was perfect. They provided a pack n play for our baby to sleep and it was the most comfy he ever slept in. Employees were very friendly and breakfast was good too!

The stay was great, excellent service! They have comfortable mattresses, I do wish there was more of a variety of pillows softness to choose from. I have a hard time sleeping on firm pillows!

This is not the place to stay, do not know how they received there rating of a 9, Should be a 1 at best. First the Parking lot was as icy as you could possibly get days after ice storm. Although the main drive had been salted and sanded, certainly not where you Park or walk. I slipped and fell hard, took me several minutes to get back up, When I told the lady at front desk about 9PM on the 28th day of December, she just kind of laughed as though it was funny. Then although the room was perfectly clean, the hallways and elevator were gross, in fact elevator stunk like a urinal. In the morning the breakfast was very good but overheard other guest who were complaining about the icy Parking lot. Others had fallen as well. When I checked out at 11Am on the 29th. This lady also seemed as though it was not their concern. The man there taken responsibility for taken care of the lot wanted to argue about it not being slipper, so I took him out where I had falling, and he stated he didn’t know where that ice came from.

Lobby, pool, room, halls, are all clean. Staff was friendly upon check in. We're in RM 202 with two queens; me and three of my kids. The one queen bed is ok. But the 2nd is HORRIBLE! There is zero support. When I lay on it, it sags like a 20 yrs old mattress. When my kids tried it out, it sagged horribly, too. I've never seen a mattress this bad in any hotel I've ever stayed in. Other than the bed, the hotel is great; the bed is quite important, though.

Very welcoming staff at the front desk when arriving and leaving the next morning. The room was very nice and clean. Very nice for the money it cost. It was located in the exact area for eating and the shopping I wanted to do. I will be booking their my future trips through.

The beds were very comfortable, room was clean. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. The cost was comparable to others in the area. Did not use the pool so I've no opinion. My only criticism would be upon checking in you want to feel welcome. Not that it was a pain in her ass to check us in. The staff in the morning was a lot more friendly.

This was a last minute reservation we needed when our regular hotel was booked up. We were pleasantly surprised at the upgrades that had been made since we stayed here a LONG time ago. The lobby was beautiful and clean and our room was spacious and clean, beds were very comfy and snacks were available after our long drive on ice and snow covered roads! Would definitely stay here again!

I booked this property thinking I had an airport shuttle. When I checked in I was told I needed to book the shuttle 24 hours in advance. We hopefully worked it out. Also the clock in my room was an hour ahead of time, so I missed breakfast and was sitting around for extra time waiting for my shuttle.

Down graded our room from a king to a double because toilet was my working we paid for a king and did not get a king a motel should have a maintenance person on to handle these kind of problems

All of the new Best Westerns have upped their standards and have won over my choice of hotels. The older ones are still not up to par, but anything that is new or newer, are always nice, updated and have comfortable beds.

Everything was fine except the room smelled real stale like someone had possibly smoked in it. We we on second floor over the pool and was a little noisy.
