The lady who checked us in was amazing and so friendly I believe her name was Karen, The breakfast lady was always busy restocking. Only suggestion would be change up from sausage everyday to maybe bacon.
The room we had, had a very distinctive smokers odour to it, I just took in some car freshness and used some odor ban along with 2 more air fresher. The cleaning lady did say infused tobe a smoking room 20yrs ago....maybe use some kilz paint on the walls. Help stop the smoke smell bleeding thru

The facility was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast area was kept stocked and the food was good.
The bathroom door was quite noisy.
Elevator sounded like it may need some servicing.
