It was a basic good hotel. Beds were pretty comfortable. Seemed clean.

Front desk personnell was rude upon our arrival. During the time we were there the room above was noisy throughout the entire night.

Front desk person was on computer for 10 plus minutes without informing us what they were looking for. After a long while finally got a room key. Room was loud and could hear upstairs people banging around. Disappointed but it was fine for 1 night.

Keys did not work gor the room, so we had to switch rooms. The one we were moved to the TV didn't work and they couldn't do anything about it till morning. Walls were paper thin. We could hear the guy in the next room snoring. Very unpleasant stay.

The room was everything I saw on their website and Lisa was friendly, curteous and responsive. The hotel was clean and check in was quick. I felt like a VIP.

We stayed just 1 night but this lodging would be a great place for a longer stay with all the options on meals and food delivery. Quiet , safe and clean.

Room was a little dated, it did have a full kitchenette. We only stayed one night on a road trip. Room was clean and beds were comfy.

This is a basic hotel with handy kitchenettes. Coffee and tea available in the lobby but no breakfast is served. They do have all kinds of items available to cook in your room though. There were lots of places nearby though to go to. Room was spacious with a good sized bathroom. Some of it is dated but were told that they are starting an upgrade of the rooms. It was a good place for an overnight stay.

We had an absolutely unacceptable experience. We booked this hotel with Expedia & the hotel confirmed our stay. We had been travelling since 7:30am on our way home from the West Coast. When we arrived 9:30pm the desk attendant said, "We don't have any clean rooms. You have to find another place to say." My husband & I stood in front of him in absolute shock & they offered ZERO apology, ZERO solution, and ZERO compassion for the situation they left us in with our children in tow. In our shock, we calmly asked if there was any other option, this couldn't be right!? They just said, "You have to find another place to stay." The hotel had every opportunity to contact us prior to our arrival to communicate the problem & they did not. We started making calls as soon as we got to our vehicle to try to find another room in the area (that didn't have REALLY bad reviews) & quickly found out that area hotels were full for the night. We got in touch with Expedia & the representative also called other places in the area to find something- which is apparently tall order for Bismarck, North Dakota on a Tuesday night. At 10:30pm we finally found a hotel 3 hours away that could accommodate us- & our ONLY criteria was a room with two beds & decent-ish reviews! We had the kids buckle in & try to sleep, while I stayed up with my husband to make sure he didn't fall asleep getting us to our new hotel 3 hours away. This hotel left our family in an unsafe & unacceptable position. Shame on you!

I arrived at 8PM to check into my hotel after a VERY long day of travel. I walked in to have the guy turn me away because they do not have a clean room for me. I then spent 2.5 hours driving and calling every hotel I could find and NOTHING was open. My plan was to sleep in my car when I came across an Airbnb that last minute checked me in. NEVER will I stay here. The gentleman was very unhelpful. I had a room booked and paid for. There should be ZERO reason to not have a room ready.

the room had a musty smell to it. we opened the window to get some fresh air and ran the bathroom vent. wish the bathroom sink area was larger but over all the stay was ok.

Very friendly staff. Worked to allow me to check in early. Very clean room. Only complaint was leather recliner in room was fairly worn and cracking. Good place to stay!

Rooms have regular sized refrigerator as well as stove top. Spacious room with nice recliner! Cleaning Staff was helpful!

Everything was pretty great and convenient! The walls were paper thin though & the TV did not work! Also the kitchen sink in our room (303) did not drain well as there was a bunch of stuff stuck down there!

David, the hotel clerk was a charming as they come. As usual, the hotel is clean, comfortable making it a pleasant stay.

The staff upon entry was very friendly. The room overall was nice. It's the first time I've had a kitchenette in my room though that had absolutely no pots/pans, etc. I was on vacation so didn't have anything like that with me. Overall, I will stay there again next time I go back to North Dakota.

Started off with the girl at the desk walking out the door as we were walking in and standing there for 15 min before she came back. Get to our room and it STINKS. Extremely musty, old smoke/dog smell. Carpets are disgusting. The air conditioning unit didn’t work correctly (there was no constant fan when selected), the fan in the bathroom did not work either. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing in the world. When we went down stairs to request pillows to try and be more comfortable, we couldn’t find the front desk person again. Waited for another 15 min without anyone showing up before we gave up. By far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in a long long time.

Room has a kitchenette, but unless you bring your own dishes, you won’t be able to use it. Overall it was a decent room, but for the price you can stay in a much nicer place that serves breakfast for no extra cost. Would not choose to stay here again.

Quiet location and clean, comfortable hotel. Beds were wonderful, and I love the small kitchen which allows for food storage, prep, and real coffee in the mornings!

My uncle offered to pay for the room and the front desk associate checking us in, while I wasn't even present or gave the ok, changed the reservation from my name to his just to pay even though that isn't necessary to begin with. This caused both of us to get charged and have to go deal with getting refunds. We think it is squared away but still waiting on credit card pending transactions to fall off. Beds are terribly uncomfortable.

Room was very clean with nice kitchen amenities. The recliner in our room was all torn up. We ordered from their breakfast menu but couldn't get orange juice because it had expired and they were out of milk.
