Good for a night passing through

The Indian man who checked me in was very accommodating. The room was large and clean, though dated. The building was quiet. There was parking close to the room.

There were stairs down to my room. The parking area was small and pretty tight. There was no dog relief area and not much on that street either.

Terrible reflection on Super 8, no customer service.

We had a health emergency so we called the location more then once and asked to cancel both reservations. The clerk said he would talk to his manager we never heard back. Reservation was not cancelled. We ended up paying for both nights with no compensation or refund I will never recommend anyone to stay here as they are not understanding or care about their customers. Terrible experience.

They should be more accommodating and work with their customers instead of being greedy.

I would like to have some orange juice as I don't drink coffee.

We will never stay there again and we would certainly not recommend them to friends and family.

When the shower was running on the floor above us the ceiling leaked onto the toilet. We eventually switched rooms. Three different times our card didn't work and we had to go to the front desk to get a new one.

Great people, disgusting hotel. Stay at the Americas Best Value Inn.

the guy working the front desk was awesome and did his best. very nice people working there.

The first room I got was crazy. The recliner style chair in the corner was broken and the back was collapsed to the floor. It was also covered in a bunch of brown/red stains. Looked like poop and blood. Also, there was one lamp for the whole room. With like a 25w bulb. I couldn’t see anything. I switched to a second room. Much better, but the tv didn’t work. The front desk dude came up multiple times trying to fix it (he ruled) but It never got fixed. Just no tv for the night. I’ve stayed at a million super 8s and they’ve been my go to for a cheap room, basic necessities, reliable. This location was the first one I’ve actually been upset by. I’d like my money back and to speak with someone who supervises this place.

Polite Staff

The staff were very polite and helpful. The continental breakfast was sparse but to expectations. Was stuck here during a blizzard and it served my needs.

Not a complaint, a suggestion. The ceiling fan in the bathroom needs to be looked at. Very noisy.

The staff and how they treated us. We couldn't have company stop by or if we did they would charge 25 for extra people mind u we had the room with 2 bed so we could have at least 4 people in there.. And then some ones girl showed up there and she was waitinim in the lobby now mind u we having a winter snow that night and they told her she would have to wait outside for her husband.. Its freezing out I go out to smoke and this gal asked me to use my phone to call her husband to see when he's coming so I let her use my phone well her.I said well just come in with me cause its cold out and knocked on his door.not even 2 mins later her comes the front desk clerk down the hall yelling at this girl saying I told u you have to wait outside the front desk clerk looks at me and says go to ur room I said its cold out side and thankful the husband got there so didn't have to go outside and wait..the workers there don't care about there guest the breakfast was bad have the time nothing was out.. And then we never got our deposit back because they said we smoked in that room and no we didn't smoke I'm that room ever.. So they kept our deposit and charge us for it..

Not all super 8 are the same I guess and this place is a NOPE from me

That I wasn't sleeping on the street or in my car.

The guy running the desk couldn't seem less interested in being helpful when checking in, didn't tell me what part of the place the room was located or any info about Wi-Fi/passwords, breakfast times and just seemed pissed I was there. When I 1st got to my room, I thought my key didn't work but it was just that I had to body slam my door to open it. As I pulled around back to park my car there were guys hanging out the back window smoking cigs. Room wasn't all that clean and i decided to not take a shower as I it be cleaner if I didn't.

Poor breakfast. Room clean but old building. Rooms not soundproof! Needs renovating!

Older hotel, but worth the price.

Though the building is a bit rundown, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and near plenty of restaurants, gas stations, and retail. Rooms also came with fridge, safe, microwave, and plenty of desk/drawer space. The free breakfast was excellent with a selection bigger than most of hotels this value. For the price, it's a great value and comfortable stay.

Building could use some updates. Rusted fixtures, scratches, cracks, etc. Basic wear and tear from an older hotel.

I was alittle disappointed because of all of the noise.

There wasnt much of a variety. When we came to eat there wasnt much left.

We felt that it was too noisy. Every night around 2;30am in the morning when people came in next to us would slam their door, out of consideration at that time in the morning they would close their door slowly instead of slamming it when other people were sleeping. I guess some people have no respect for others.I IAlso with the dogs barking when we were in bed. I think people with dogs should only be a different floor by theirselves.
