Beautifully restored and decorated, well-located boutique hotel in a "converted" house. Somewhat limited (2-7pm) check-in hours (which are communicated to the guest by email and phone).
Exceedingly helpful and friendly owner and staff.
Beds are very comfortable.
Be aware of no elevator if mobility challenged.

Such a gorgeous property. Ken and Vitoria are wonderful hosts, and the Dwight D has become our special place to stay whenever my husband and I need a holiday not too far from home.
We will definitely be returning.

We had a great stay at the Dwight D. The property spans two beautifully renovated townhouses made into one boutique hotel. Everything from the beds to linens and robs were top notch. The rooms have little touches like wine, assorted beverage glasses and an iPad with room and area information. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming. This is where will will stay next time we visit Philadelphia.

Lovely old guest house. Not a traditional hotel. You have your own front door key, no night person on front desk, which was fine. Loved back yard but buggy from rain. Only complaint is drapes in room flimsy and not lined or room darkening. TP on the low end of quality for such a lovely home. Bed and linen comfort excellent. Go to Bellini’s for Italian down the street. Food good and owners ( brothers) a hoot!

This darling boutique hotel was perfect in every way! The owners were immediately welcoming and helpful with every detail to ensure a lovely stay. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and spotless, with a fun blend of the historical and modern. The highlight of our stay was enjoying early morning and late afternoon in the gorgeous outdoor courtyard. We look forward to a return visit!

We stayed in the top floor apartment room with the kitchen, living/dining, and sleeping areas. It was perfect for us and comfortable. Ken and Vittoria were attentive hosts. This is a small property with I believe only 11 rooms/22 guests so it was quiet. The backyard garden was very nice.

Fantastic hotel! Beautiful rooms, large outdoor space, excellent finishes. The bed and linens were luxurious, as was the plush robe. Hotel was immaculate, absolutely pristine. Owners are friendly and have lots of recommendations for restaurants and things to do.

Gorgeous row house - common areas are stylish and impeccably styled, a great mix of the traditional and modern. This too followed in the room - such care taken in selecting the decor, and everything was spotless. The bed was super comfy, the linens crisp and delicious, the 3 shower heads and bathtub, so inviting. The hosts Victoria and Ken were so friendly and helpful, they clearly care about their guests and the experience.

This hotel was very beautiful. The rooms were excellent and the outdoor area was awesome! The proprietors are quite chatty, but you do get very personal service that you don't get at other hotels. Our room was on the top floor and there were a lot of stairs, no elevator, so that was a bit challenging.

This is a beautiful boutique vintage hotel. The owners (Vittoria and Ken) are amazing! I truly enjoyed my stay here! There is a market, a CVS, restaurants and a delicious vegan bakery along with other businesses within walking distance. The air in my upstairs apartment (room) went out and I was moved quickly to another room. It will feel like you have stepped into Breakfast at Tiffany’s with this gem hotel. Whenever I return, I will definitely stay here.

We have stayed at the Dwight D several times. Vittoria and Ken are great. Very attentive and knowledgeable about the area. Every room is different and has its own character. The lounge area is very warm and welcoming.

Really beautiful hotel in quiet neighborhood and walking distance to Market st.
Spacious rooms, very thoughtfully decorated and very hospitable and friendly hosts. Loved it! My room was on 2nd floor and I'm glad I only brought an overnight bag, as I doubt I would have made the stairs with my big suitcase. Recommend the Dwight D to anyone.
