A very convenient place to stay close to metro, dinning and only walking distance to Myeongdong Shopping Street and malls.. Accommodation was quiet and room was clean and comfortable, staff & service was great, Mr Kim was very friendly and helpful from the time I arrived to the time I departed.. more than happy to help me with my luggage to my room and happy to help if I had any issues in regard my stay.. Thank you Mr Kim for your kind service 🙏 I'll definitely stay again on my next visit to Seoul...

My biggest issues were that the metro line was rather far away and that there was no pizza places in the vicinity.

My mom stayed there for about 2 weeks and received extra help from the very friendly and helpful front desk staff.

Please communicate how to do the breakfast hot water dispenser etc. other than the bedroom photos to show what the place looks like the other photos misrepresent the conditions of the hotel. The price was what we got I guess. Average
