A/C fan in the room was making noise. I had to turn off AC and sleep. But with weather it was alright without AC. Otherwise no hiccups. Stayed one night on my road trip.

Our first stay in this chain and if they are all like this we will stay in others. It is set up more as an efficiency but worked well for our over night. Staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel was quiet, I didn't hear anyone over my head or next door.

A/C unit in first was so noisy couldn’t stay in room. We were switched to another room room however it would have been nice not to play musical room after a long trip. Someone knew about the problem but didn’t say anything. The unit was off and room was stifling. By comparison the second room the a/c was on and room was comfortable.

My TV was not working and the person who assisted me didn't really want t move me to another room. When he did, it was not as good as my prior room. And, they did not tell me when I checked in that the doors are locked prior to 6 am and you have to wait for someone to let you in. THis creates a little frustration when trying to leave early. I understand the security aspect, just wish they would have told me.

Ron, at the front desk actually made our stay. We were a little apprehensive at first, realizing this was a long term hotel as well. Ron put myself & my adult daughter at ease. We rested well in a comfortable room with a nice kitchen set up! Thanks! I’ll be sure to look up My Place when traveling again

Tried to check-in at 4:30 and rooms were not ready. We were told to return in a couple hours to check in and all was fine after getting into the room. Nice place - would stay again.

Our room was very nice and roomy. It had a kitchen in it that was not supplied. No silverware, no plates, no glasses. First time we had stayed there.

Everything about the hotel was very good, except that a bunch of food was left in the cupboard. The room suggesting that the cleaners did not adequately look around. But that can happen with short staffs. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This place was run down, but seemed like the cleaned it. I picked it because it was rated pretty high on Hotels.com, In my opinion, it only deserved about a 5.5 rating.

I only had a quick overnight stay, but was satisfied and would stay again. Room was clean with some wear. Wifi was good and worked well for remote work.

Had a great stay here! Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, everything was clean and well kept. Air conditioning unit worked great, which I appreciate since I like it cool at night. Full kitchen in the room...stove, full size fridge, microwave, toaster, etc. I didn't make use of it, but it would have been nice to have if I had had a longer stay. I liked that it had a tub, I spent most of my days hiking in Theodore Roosevelt National Park, so a soak in the evenings felt great. Convenient location, next to a gas station and right across the street from Wal-Mart. On a street with a lot of food options, but it is near the end of the main "strip" so it was nice and quiet while still being close to everything. Only negative is they don't offer any breakfast, only coffee. Just a minor thing for me since I like to eat in the car and get on my way early in the mornings anyway. I will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Great place to stay while passing through. Very clean and quiet. Loved the full sized fridge and kitchenette. Staff was helpful. Convenient to the highway, walkable to restaurants and stores.

Most of the customers appeared to be oilfield or other traveling workers. They treated the place like a frat house, open doors to hotel rooms with loud parties, loitering around the parking lot creepy staring at any woman who walked into or out of the hotel. The two men who worked the check in were condescending and rude. They seemed to want to argue and be nasty as opposed to help. The room was kind of blah. Unless you are looking for a creepy man rowdy experience I do not recommend.

Everything was adequately comfortable, the room was just still dirty and i found several water bottles and a old pair of shoes under the bed.

Room was very small compared to other My Place property we tried. Manager said this property was the flagship property and improvements were made in subsequent properties. My Place does not provide any dishes, cutlery, pots/pans. It does have fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker but not a kettle. Our room had a vinyl recliner that didn’t fit very well into the room; it was wedged between the bed and the wall. We had to move it to get into bed. “Breakfast at additional cost” is wrapped grab & go items you might find in a gas station.

My Place is a welcome sign on my trips. Comfortable beds, quiet and clean. Can't ask for much more. I've stayed in several across a few states and I'm never disappointed.
