Staff was great. However, we have never encountered the “Breakfast in Bed” concept where you cook your own (frozen biscuits and/or burritos) in the room. Even the fruit and cereal has to be preordered and prepaid the night before. Folks may like this concept but we prefer even a basic, simple continental breakfast that’s included in the price.
