As a first time visitor, and the asked whether it were our first time, the gave me a room with a view to the roof of the neighboring building, very boring. The restaurant on ground floor has very little to choose from, and the service was friendly but very slow. Breakfast was boring and tasteless, juice nearly only water. Good croissant and scrambled eggs. Parking area is easy but very tight for modern cars. There are other places to try next time.

Had a great time staying there, it was our first time staying at this hotel, have great breakfast and overall was an awesome experience. Though the room first assigned to us was not the best, had no view, the windows were completely blocked by a wall. But then we talked to one of the kind and caring receptionist (I think it was Bella), she was very helpful and professional, she fixed a room with one of the best views for us. Thank you Bella!

Clarion Hotel Malmö Live delivered what i expect from a hotel, nice, friendly, welcoming, a place to stay away from home. By the way, Filippa was amazing in the reception. If she stays in the business, I can see her with an pin of two crossed keys on her jacket in the future.

We had a good experience during our stay at the hotel, the stuff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean, well located with amazing views. The only downside is the parking which can be pretty expensive especially if you're staying for a couple of days.

The shower head was clogged due to lack of cleaning and upkeep. The breakfast chef needs to be replaced. The cheese had dried from being sliced and kept in storage. Sausage was cold. The products were good, but it showed that they did not care about keeping things well cooked and managed.

Rude girl at the reception. Bad wifi limiting many social media services. Not worth it's price. Many nearby the station in less cold/windy areas

The personnel wasn't helpful or professional, the blond girl at the reception. Also the wifi seems to be watched/limited, a bit like in some countries. Social media is not accessible. All in all the hotel is not worth it, most of the hotels are more central, but this one is near the water in the coldest area of the center. The breakfast was good actually

İnternet is not good, always stopping. Rooms are very cold, from airconditioning system you cannot adjust, ı spoke to guest service thats normal! We are in winter time and too much cold for rooms. I wear lots of thing over me for not being ill. Location is perfect, breakfast good. Skybar and barmaids too friendly.

We had a very nice weekend at this hotel and got a room on the 10th floor with a really nice view of the city. if you stay here, you should definitely go and eat on the sky bar. This was an extraordinary experience.

I’m Happy for choosing this hotel. It was clean, the bed was very comfortable for me (it’s a very soft mattress), good pillows and clean bed sheets. The toiletrys are high quality, from the brand Rituals. There is a comfortable chair in the room where you cand spend some time reading. Also, the lights in the room give a very special ambiance. The breakfast is very good, diverse and fresh food. In weekend it’s a little bit crowded, but there is still food and tables for everyone. The staff is very friendly and polite.

I was surprised by the poor standard considering the high prize. My room was next to the washing room, with a machine going on during my entire stay. They also assume that 100 percent of all guests will have breakfast between 06.30 and 09.30. I was not happy about this stay and unfortunately can't recommend staying at Malmö Live. They had great conference areas though.

Stayed 2 nights on the 3rd floor, woken both mornings at 4.40am by the unloading of a vehicle outside my window. The first night I complained, made no difference to the second night as it happened again. There doesn’t seem to be any restaurant here to use for the evenings and the breakfast is chaos - too many people and not enough staff clearing tables. If you clear a table yourself, move quick to get your food as someone will be sat at your table when you return!

Room had some dirty spots (side of bed was stained and bathtub had hairs). Elevators have a lot of traffic, felt like it took too long to get up/down. On our floor there was a sign that said "Elevators 1 & 2 for Skybar" and we managed to get into elevetor 2 after some minutes, which was packed so we were unable to see yet another sign that instead said "Friday and Saturday only elevator 1 goes to Skybar from entrance level". Good location and view, but probably not worth it overall.

This is a great hotel in a perfect location. Just a 5-minute walk from Malmö Central Station too. The room was bright and comfortable. Bathroom was perfect, modern and a good size. Breakfast areas are large and there is lots of seating. There's a great roof terrace for drinks in the evening. When we stayed (in summer) there was a DJ and the atmosphere was brilliant. On the top floor, there is a small but cosy bar where you can watch the sun set. The only thing I really missed in the hotel was coffee/tea in the lobby / common area. There is so much space to sit and chill but nowhere to get a coffee.

This hotel is very conveniently located, super dog friendly, and has great amenities. We loved that there were dog bowls in the room waiting for our little pooch. The parking was super convenient and the breakfast was fabulous — only wish it went a little longer.

This was an amazing stay - I travel 3 times a year around the world and impressed highly by the staff, facilities and everything. Special mention to Emil who really made sure I was comfortable and accomodating to anything I need. Makes all the difference when it’s my first visit to Sweden
