The kitchen and bathroom amenities are inadequate. Instead of charging for dishes and cooking utensils, a returnable deposit would be more practical. Requiring guests to return dishes to the reception is inconvenient and even hazardous. Additionally, the water mixers in the kitchen provide only scalding hot water or ice-cold water, so it's necessary to seek out a suitable mixer. Towels should be readily available during check-in, as it's a basic necessity, despite the convenience for the staff to provide them upon request. It's also essential to ensure that soap and shampoo are accessible in the showers. The family bathroom lacks changing facilities for small children, which should be addressed to accommodate families more effectively.

Met expectations Was not aware unit was part of 2 story units. There was occupant noise from above Ie running and moving about later at night.

Basic budget sleeping accommodation with comfortable double & single bed. Shared Fridge/cooking and laundry facilities and bathrooms/showers in communal campsite block. Outside seating and communal bbq facilities. Approx 5 minute drive / 40 minute walk to centre of Nelson.

Great stay! Enjoyed having use of kitchen facilities such as a bbq! Room was cosy

We arrived late and left early so didn't see anyone, but out check in was very easy and the cabin was just what we needed.

Property is not very tidy or appealing. Ablution block and laundry need total revamp and modernising. Kitchen units are dark, stove elements do not work.

Friendly workers, clean and comfortable stay. Showers had no water or heat limit on then and had fantastic pressure! Perhaps a little expensive for what our cabin was, but great facilities on the site and located very central.

Property was generally clean, and fit the description. It was a basic accommodation, but met our needs for a quick 1-night stay.

Realy nice place with a good kitchen area there we had a barbecue at the evening.

Great for a short stay, had a standard cabin and hied linen for $5. Good facilities on site but it is about 30mins walk from town.

Book 1 adult and 1 child cabin was big but only had bedding for 1 could of had little coffees or tea as comfort not thought about

I did tell the managers so hopefully they will get them fixed before the next ones come in. We were close to the road which was a little annoying but still the facilites and location was good. I did put recommendation to a friend down but would alert them to book early and to request a room away from the road.
