Excellent hosts, very clean and comfortable rooms in beautifully renovated historic building. Food tasty and generous servings. Great location, close to Eumundi markets and walking distance to restaurants and pub while still quiet and peaceful. Would thoroughly recommend. Thanks Louise and Marlo.

My partner and I stayed at this gorgeous bnb in the cabin and absolutely loved it.
From start to finish - the delicious afternoon tea provided and the bountiful breakfasts, it was very relaxing and cosy.
Even though it rained non stop while we were there, the cabin felt like a home away from home. It was comfortable and cosy, with a beautiful view.
We will be back again for sure.
The hosts - Louise and Marco are delightful and very welcoming.

We had booked without breakfast as we had to leave very early (5am) to connect up with our friends locally.
Very easy and convenient stay, try out the Italian place “Il Mio Posto” which is in easy walking distance or the Eumundi Gin Distillery on the other side of the road.

We had a wonderful night at Gridley Homestead B&B. The accommodation was delightful, the location & surroundings spectacular, and Louise & Marko were quintessential hosts. We highly recommend a stay here.

Lovely spot on outskirts of Eumundi, but still within walking distance of centre of town. It is full of character and history and the brekkie (cooked by Marko) is second to none! Louise is the hostess with the mostest. Will definitely sing both of their praises and stay again!

Spent a wonderful weekend at Gridley Homestead BnB. The hosts Louise & Marko were lovely and very friendly. We stayed in the cabin which was beautifully decorated and enjoyed afternoon drinks on the balcony. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

We had two fantastic days at the Gridley B & B. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We loved the position of the homestead with lovely views all around. The breakfast was amazing. Also we appreciated the library with many great books. Its proximity to town, within walking distance, was good to the nice restaurants. We will recommend the place to our friends and we will certainly return ourselves.

Grindley's Homestead B&B was fantastic. Louise and Marko were lovely and happy to give local advice and directions. It's a beautiful house and my room was pretty overlooking the garden. I had 2 nights there and the facilities were wonderful. Great breakfasts, lovely lounge with tea and coffee at any time, wide verandahs with great views and a short walk to Eumundi township. I'd definitely recommend staying there to people who want to relax and be looked after.

Authentic old style home stead feel in a beautiful and peaceful country setting. Owners are warm and welcoming.The room was cosy and clean with beautiful views over hills and fields. The breakfast cooked by Marco was outstanding, I had the smoked salmon w polenta cake and poached egg, my husband was served a huge country breakfast with sausages and thick cut bacon. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This B&B is the perfect place to get away from the city with a very nice and relaxing atmosphere, and amazing service by Louise and Marko. It's a shame we couldn't stay longer but will definitely be coming back!

We knew the Gridley Homestead B&B would be good. The Expedia reviews were good. What we didn't expect was just how wonderful the whole experience would be.
The rooms at Gridley Homestead are beautiful - supercomfy beds, fluffy towels in the ensuites and fabulous views from the verandas to name a few of the delights.
Then was was the food - scrumptious homemade tea was served once we arrived and the breakfast the next morning was fabulous with a whole range of perfectly cooked choices from local sources - we had a vegetarian, a hungry meat eater and a light nibbler in our party- all had different breakfasts, all equally good.
From the minute arrived our gracious hosts Louise and Marko were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble - they made us feel truly welcome.
My only complaint was that our stay was far too short. We are already planning a return - not a small thing as we live in San Francisco :)
