Red Roof Inn is a very good place. They are doing some upgrades in the rooms to make them more comfortable. They are great for the price. I’m just sad that they don’t have a pool.

The room, while clean, needs maintenance. The floor heater unit was ripping off the wall, leaving exposed wiring. The moldings were coming loose. The overhead room light was so dim it was comical. One of the bed lights was blown. I appreciate that the carpets have been replaced with faux wood flooring, but that stuff needs to be mopped daily, rather than just swept.
On the plus side, I like that they still supply bar soap, and the bedding was fine with plenty of stench-free pillows.
The location is convenient to I-70 but far enough from the highway to hear only minimal road noise.
I would stay here again, although I thought it was kinda pricey for the condition of the room.
