Well worth the money for one night, or even more. Comfortable room in generally good condition with a few spots of minor damage to the wall in the bathroom. It even had a microwave and small fridge which would make longer stays more comfortable. Only two prominent, easily fixed problems- the tv remote did not change channels or bring up any programs and there were no condiments to use with the coffee maker. As I checked in at 11 pm the first was not that significant to me, and the second was survivable!

Couldn’t find anyone to check us in after ringing door bell and inside bells, knocking, etc for 15 minutes. Cold room with a noisy blowing heater that we couldn’t leave running at night. Old uncomfortable beds with thin wrinkled sheets. Paint peeling off of the bathroom wall. Spotty internet (mostly unavailable) after being told it was high speed and should be a strong connection. All and all - a very uncomfortable and disappointing stay.

Office was closed when I arrived. Waited an hour for family to arrive back from appointment. Had already pd on line!! Room was clean but in need of many repairs.

We stayed here as a stopover after a long drive on the way to Vegas. We were simply looking for a place to sleep and I t was a nice quiet place to spend a night after a long drive. Nothing fancy but it was clean, quiet, and very cost effective. It is close to some restaurants and convenience stores. The hotel is close to Bryce Canyon, Zion Park, and Snow Valley if you are looking to do some hiking while in the area. Definitely would stay here again.

The hotel is a little older but in pretty good condition. The rooms are clean and comfortable with refrigerators And michael wave. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely stay there again.

For the price, it wasn’t terrible. I would consider staying there again. But there were a few things that contributed to this score. The room had a not so great smell when walking in. There were only two pillows; one was normal, but the other was a bag of lumps… really bad. And the heater was so loud and relentless. There was also a pocket of hair on the floor in the bathroom… not a huge deal, but suggests that it wasn’t cleaned so well. Great location though… very close to the highway and gas station. So, overall, not so bad if you’re looking for a cheap place to sleep for the night.

The motel is very basic, but ideal for our us and our dog The room is clean and inexpensive. Sure, it may seem outdated, but if need a comfortable place to sleep and hangout, it is great.

Room was clean however no soap, shampoo, coffee maker. Bed was old & lumpy. Price was outrageous $304 for 1 night, scalping due to eclipse. Would never go back.

This was a clean place the staff was nice and friendly I would recommend it if you are passing by Utah it’s not fancy but it was perfect for us since we had two small dogs

Went there to see eclipse. Typical roadside motel. Room was clean and comfortable. I saw nothing bad that was mentioned in reviews. Staff was friendly. There was an area that was clear of power lines for clear viewing. Would stay there again.

We whent to the hotel at 3 am the door was not able to open and in the morning we get stack inside of the room thanks to the door again, is a good place but if they take care of things around will be better!

Pillows and bed were decent. EVERYTHING else about this room was bad. The sheets had holes, the bedspread had burn holes and smelled like smoke. The towels were threadbare with large holes. The shower water was either scalding hot or cold, no in between. The hair dryer would only work for 15-20 seconds before it would overheat. The plug ins on the lamps did not work. The room had a strong musty odor, and there was pet hair all over the sofa. DO NOT STAY HERE unless it is your ONLY choice. Also, no breakfast and no ice.

The tiles in the bathroom were loose and broken, no grout between them. Holes in the walls. Electrical outlets loose from the walls. Some not working. Tv did not work. Worst of all I hardly slept because I did not feel safe in my room. Because I have a dog the manager insisted that I had to stay in a room in a dark area at the far end of the building even though there were other rooms available close to the office. I am an older woman traveling by myself. I assumed Expedia had some sort of quality criteria to be allowed on their website. I was mistaken.

Hotel room was very dirty, run down. There were hairs in both the beds and the button to flush the toilet was broken. Everything in town was sold out except this hotel, now we know why.

Only one bath towel; door in poor condition, could not securely lock it. Owner then charged us $30 because he said that we had stolen towels! We put that in dispute with our MC. Would NEVER recommend this place.

Very rundown. But it’s the cheapest place in the area. The tub faucet was leaking lots of water. Can’t imagine the waste. Holes in the drywall. The bathroom smelled of mildew. Microwave barely functioned. Strange people hanging around the parking lot area drinking alcohol. Would recommend you go over to Motel 6 if you’re trying to stay on a budget.

Room and linens were clean. Bathroom toilet was extremely short and did not flush well. The tub was very old and unable to be cleaned properly. Other than that it was good and reasonably priced.

I got what I paid for. No frills but the room was clean, bed was comfortable and the shower water pressure just right. It was perfect for my 1 night stay. The front desk clerk was friendly with a beautiful smile. I will definitely stay here again.
