The hotel was exactly as promised. Beautiful spot right on a white sand beach. Restaurant and small bar looking over the water. Couldn’t have beta better place to stay.

Loved the location and the staff. Everyone from the office to restaurant was very welcoming and accommodating. Good food and drinks. The little foot wash basins outside the unit were great. The only thing that was tough about Grand Turk (not the hotel's fault) is that the few attractions operate apparently only for the cruise ship guests. They close down once those groups leave. We missed the National Museum one day and the next day were kicked out when they decided to close......

Staff was very nice and accommodating. I had a change in my dates of stay and for some reason it didn’t show up in their system. She immediately said, no problem and adjusted my dates and rates and check in was a breeze!

Lovely hotel. fantastic beach side location. Views to die for. Decent range of food options all served with a smile.
My wife had an accident away from the hotel and broke her knee. The hotel staff were super. Changed is to a ground floor room in a heartbeat and did all that could be done to help us.
We, for sure , expect to return.
