When I stay at the Spirit of Herzl Hotel in Jerusalem, it is like I'm staying with family. All of the staff are so welcoming, professional, accommodating, and helpful. SoH is my go-to in Jerusalem. The rooms are modern, spacious; the bathrooms are large and the water is hot; the beds are comfortable; nice, crisp linens; fridge, coffee/tea maker and su
pplies; wardrobe; safe (although mine needed repairs). The food in the restaurant (downstairs) is excellent and the waitstaff are equally so. The location is A++, and in the middle of everything within the historic area. I always look forward to returning to The Spirit of Herzl Hotel in Jerusalem.

The location very good with most of places to eat, including a Mc Donald’s, very convenient for kids Parking available with cost but that’s rare, so it’s a plus. We had two connected rooms great for family travelers. The hotel in general is good, rooms are small but with everything you need even a fridge. The breakfast buffet has wide variety.
The main elevator was broken and the service elevator and area were not as neat as you would like.
Rooms were clean but just didn’t feel super clean. The dinning room has a very strong not nice smell.
Staff were all very nice.
