Great experience

The staff was extremely helpful. We had to arrive and leave outside of check-in/check-out times and staff was very in accommodating our requirements. The place is very beautiful, clean and has good quality of furniture. The location is also perfect, close to everything even though the town is small. The town itself is so beautiful and organised with mountain activities for all kind of ages and interests.

Excellent and worth it.

The location is excellent with good view on the river. Away from the main street and the cars noise.

Some rooms with the bunk beds have poor ventilation even when keeping the window open( based on location). Advise to take your own bed sheet.

Everything was beautiful and more than what I expected and all the staff were friendly and you feel like at home except one of them was really rude the good thing I did not deal with except in the last 1 hour before check out

I won’t go back again to this place

The look from outside is good and location in Kaprun which also good

The staff are not kind enough and rude in responding to clarifications . There are flats at the middle of the property. These are really bad as has no balcony so you can’t enjoy the good weather . In addition, these flats as there are at the middle ; exposed to noise of people coming in and out especially that windows has to be open as there is no AC

Good location, proximity to restaurants and shops, kitchen well equipped and apartment very clean

The room size is extremely small and not clear that everything is in one room - the bed is actually 1m from the kitchen

Nice place.

Modern and artistic. good location. Nice staff.

A few problems in lights and window, nothing critical. Arabic on tv menu was hard to handle.

he hosts were exceptionally generous, they treated us well, the rooms were well equipped, the location is very close to all the attractions and routes in the area. Everything we wanted they helped us. An excellent place with an attitude that you don't see every day. All the staff were there to help, very nice. We were really happy to return to the house every day, it was very relaxing. Lots of showers, good balcony, comfortable beds.

nice location but sad rooms!

the location was good

the property/ rooms are too small as compared to the pictures shown. especially the kitchen and living room very small. also, people select this hotel for good view. But they have covered the goew with some structure for their decoration, which is very sad. the rooms should be given the priority and not the outer decor. completely blocked!! also please do not go for double room. select triple room or more to avoid a bad experience!

The best, and the staff are amazing.

Everything, it has the best facilities to provide a good stay, the staff were AMAMZING Christian, Louis, Vereyna and Marcos they were the best, always smiling and happy and they helped me a lot having great trip in Austria, this is my first time in Austria and I was so happy also my family, I will deal with them again definitely.

the staff in this hotel should be changed.

the room was great and everything you want is there

the worst staff i have seen ever , never smile and from the first impression he talked to me like unwelcome I don’t know why 🤷🏼‍♂️,, and finally it wasn’t a checkout for me, really it was like they fired me out , the man who works there he should work in the army not in a hotel. but to be fair there is just one woman who works there is nice.

Disappointing rooms in a beautiful location and great resort

The staff were friendly and the room was clean, quiet and modern, with a useful big entrance hall.

There was no system for accommodating guests that arrive too early for check in - which can not always be prevented due to flight times. No information about the area provided in the room. Staff did not inform automatically us about the short cut little bridge over the river, the bus system, the ski room, the location of grocery shops, the amazing pedestrian route to the bottom of the ski lifts. Stay here in the junior SUITE : if you like a room with 1) no views other than the wall of the building next door; 2) a one bedroom apartment that is in fact just one bedroom plus bathrm and kitchen - no living area. 3) a designer gold basin rather than one with a functioning plug 4) no heating controls other than to open the windows ... even when there's snow outside. The place was overheated and certainly contributing too much to climate change. 5) no broom or cleaning equipment for a 6 day stay.

well equipped apartment

Nice building, very nice design of the apartment, very well equipped kitchen, in fact the apartment have everything you may need, at the first glance excellent, but......

but, the apartment is quite small, the bed was very soft, I did sleep on the sofa, the pillows are extremely soft, impossible to sleep on, all the windows are facing other very close buildings, like in prison, couldn't see the sky. Very small TV, in fact was not a TV but a computer display.
