Connected to the train station. Once inside the hotel, very quiet and you will be greeted by very supportive staff in the lobby. Rooms are larger than other hotels and very clean with nice amenities. Choice of really nice restaurants in the hotel and many other restaurants within a walking distance. 3 departments just across the street which you can directly access on connecting walk way from the hotel.

Note : Today 17th Jan 2024. When we checked out at 6.15am, we requested for a piece of bread and a cup of coffee before going to the airport knowing that the cafe is already open (lights on with staff inside). The answer is "NO". I saw the staff inside the cafe preparing for 7am opening time. This is one thing that I don't understand in Japanese culture... You can't ask for anything extra. No such thing as going the extra mile in service. Quite disappointed. So I changed my rating from 5 down to 3. It makes me think that they are just like robots being programmed. A nice hotel located near Tokyo Disneyland. Clean and cozy. Train station (Too many lines. Very complicated ) right opposite the hotel. The view is magnificent! You can see the beautiful sunset, Disney fireworks and Mount Fuji (If the weather is good).

The room was clean and consider big for japan standard. The location is also very good, 3mins to Atre mall and Shin-Urayasu Station. 7mins walk to Aeon Mall. Free shuttle bus to Disneyland. My kids enjoyed staying here and they love it. Has foot massager in the room and free to use it ( it’s good after long walk :) definitely will stay here again.

Good value for money. But had to request for room-cleaning on daily basis. Free bus shuttle rides to Disney Resort was a great plus. Did not hv to take any paid public transport throughout myv3-day stay.

The rooms are gorgeous and very spacious for a refreshing stay at the hotel. The service at the Hotel is 10/10. They help with storing luggage before and after check in & check out and make it a breeze to stay. The location is very peaceful and convenient for getting to other places.

Great Hotel, right next to the train station. Rooms are a great size. Great views of the bay. The buffet breakfast is amazing, huge variety of amazing food. Staff are friendly. Hotel is very kid friendly. We had a great stay here with our 2 kids while visiting Disneyland. Very convenient having the free shuttle to Disneyland and Disneysea. Also very easy to catch the airport shuttle to Haneda airport less than a 5min walk to the bus stop.

We had a great experience here. The hotel is connected to the train station and lots of convenient stores. The rooms were large and the staff were accommodating. We would stay here again even if we were not going to Disney as the location was unbeatable.

Right off from station. Only one station away from Tokyo Disney resort. They also provide shuttle service to Disney. Breakfast buffet was also good. It is cheaper add breakfast when you book the room.

its easily accessible from the train station, very convenient if ure planning to visit disneyland as they have free direct shuttle bus to and fro, no need to worry about having no seats or bus being too crowded. minus is only that its far away from popular places like shibuya/shinjuku area but alls good. staff are very friendly and helpful too

Great location right near the train station. Good food options and friendly shuttles to and from Disney. The Airport Limousine Bus stop is about a 5 min walk away which is great!

Terrible. This is my 4th visit to Tokyo Disneyland and surrounding accommodation and this hotel is bar far the worst. Our room was not ready for a 3pm check, we could not buy Disneyland tickets from the hotel (even when advertised on their website) and the staff could not assist with alternatives, they unexpectedly changed the breakfast times to a late start so we couldn't get the breakfast we paid for and the staff were unable to provide any assistance with with airport transfers other than a mid day shuttle and the suggestion to go to another Disney hotel!!! We have lived in Japan previously and regularly travel Japan, but sad to say this is possibly the worst service experienced from any Japanese hotel. Very disappointing.

Hotel was conveniently located. Not far from the local mall and Tokyo Disneyland. Train station is only 5 min walk. Staffs didnt speak english much and didnt allow us for late check out. We stayed 2 nights at the hotel.

Design of the hotel room maximized it’s advantage of the view. The view is the most spectacular thing of the stay. Facing Tokyo Disney Resort, you may see the firework at distance every night and enjoy the street view below. Hotel staff was another best thing about staying here. They were enthusiastic, well trained, well mannered, speaks good English and very helpful. The only thing I didn’t like as much would be the noise. But there’s only so much you can do about other guests stays around you. Overall, I loved my stay at Brighton Urayasu very much.

It’s great location if you want to go to Tokyo Disneyland and save cost. They have shuttles and it takes only 10-15 mins to the park. Hotel room is very spacious and their breakfast buffet was good too.
