Travellers with online bookings are looked down upon.
The reception staff is very rude and is not welcoming. They want a compulsory deposit of 500 Dir even if you have prepaid the booking else they will hold your ID or passport.
Logic they gave for this is that if you consumed any items from the fridge or you broke the TV or furniture. That is the welcome you get. Most of all they are rude and arrogant and treat you like a prisoner coming to a jail and not a guest to a hotel. Do you want to stay in such a place. Although the hotel is nice and clean. Choice is yours. I will not stay here again even if they give me a free stay.

It was a nice experience at zain international hotel. i enjoyed the serenity of the environment. the staffs were wonderful, accommodating and lively. i will like to stay there anytime am in dubai

-Rooms need deep cleaning
-Staff need to learn how to talk to customers. They are rude specially checkin counter staff.
