The hotel felt a bit run-down, but it was comfortable overall. The staff was nice. Ideal location - close to train station, subway stop, and multiple bus companies.

The good:
- The main attraction is the location. The Kaohsiung MRT and the rail station are close to it so it is really convenient. The Liuhe night market is also walk-able (about 10 min brisk walking).
- The staff was very friendly. The rooms does not come with breakfast, but they offer a simple bread and toast for low price. I ordered one set and they gave it to me for free!
The bad: The place was old, although it was very clean. I went in off peak season, so there was very little people, and the hot water in the shower took a long time to reach. Much faster if other rooms showered.
