A great experience. The hotel is a gorgeous medieval building right on the main square. Our room was huge and nicely furnished. Free parking available 5 minutes walk away. The location means it was noisy at night, and there is no air conditioning, but that comes with the age and location. Nice staff, good breakfast, and an exquisite location in a jewel of a town.

We had a lovely time in Cesky Krumlov and this hotel played a significant role. The location, on the main square was ideal. We paid for the upgrade room and it was well worth it. It was more like an efficiency apartment than a hotel room. It also had the look and feel of a newly renovated space. Our particular room was in a separate building, a short distance from the reception desk. Very private and it felt like we were locals instead of tourists. The included breakfast buffet was solid, upstairs from reception, in a room with linens and character. Insider tip, the walk from the bus terminal to the hotel is not short and virtually all cobble stone if you follow Google Maps. Instead, go down to Parking Area 1, through the ancient arch and across the bridge. You’ll be much closer to the hotel. Note the rafters passing under the bridge. That looks like a fun activity.
