This is a nice hotel, but in a city with as many hotels as Bangkok I did have to take a star off because the Netflix and YouTube buttons on the remote don't work with their TVs, and my phone wouldn't link up with the TV. They have channels in a bunch of different languages, but in English it's all news channels. The elevators are also not very efficient. There is no sound when they get to your floor, so if you get distracted you will miss your elevator, and there were times I was riding in the elevator and it stopped several times with no one getting on or off. I also got in, went half way up to my floor, then someone else got in and pushed a button going down and the elevator just went down instead of taking me to my floor first.
The hotel was clean, service was good, but not 5 star, breakfast was good. If this wasn't advertised as a 5 star hotel I would have probably given a higher rating, but it is not deserving of a perfect score.

Excellent on all fronts. I only wish smoking is not permitted at the rooftop pool.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily come back. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location is excellent, with a 7 Eleven just next door. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and made my stay very enjoyable. Highly recommended!
