Airport X was a decent place to stay for one night, but I would definitely not recommend staying here if you plan to stay in Managua longer-term. The rooms are not very clean and they lack a lot of the basic amenities, for instance my room did not even have a towel or soap. the staff is pretty friendly and their lobby is very nice but their prices for taxis and transport around the city is fairly pricey. The neighbors can be pretty loud to talking outside and the benches between the rooms. Overall, it is a fairly safe area and addition option if you just need a place to stay before or after catching a flight.

Clean room close to the airport. bar is open late, if you fly in late and want a snack and cocktail. FYI call the hotel for Their taxi. The Taxi from the airport is more expensive.

At the face the property looked ok but I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Between the hours of 10 pm and 1 am, several men knocked at the door of our room trying to get in. The room does not have a phone so I could not reach reception to report it. When we walked out at 4 am to go to the airport, several men were sitting at the table and chairs in the open made for guests and still drinking booze and there were many empty bottles. Highly unsafe and do not recommend anyone to stay here. I’ve stayed in many hotels in many countries but never had this experience. The most basic thing a hotel should offer you is safety and this one failed.

The hotel is small, beds are ok, not hot water but you do not need it except early in the morning. Hotel is very convenient because it is near the airport, breakfast is good. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The location was as pictured. Nice, clean rooms with air conditioning. But the staff was not as helpful. Whenever my myself or anyone from my party attempted to speak with them, they pretended to be too busy. Very off putting.

Staff was very friendly and helpful the room was average for the amount of money I had to pay. The breakfast they didn't have to much variety and out of the three-day stay we only used two of them. Once again staff was great.

The manager had a terrible attitude not customer friendly at all. The towel that was provided was torn, the bed was very uncomfortable. I went to the restaurant ordered my food and after waiting over an hour and a half for the food I finally check to see what is happening I was told by the manager that the order was never put in because I did not pay up front nowhere is there a sign that states that you have to pay for your food up front in the restaurant before they put in the order all in all it was a horrible experience and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The rooms have AC and are decent size with a close safe gated location to the airport for early flight. Good for one night but expensive in terms of Nica prices- I paid $9 USD for a load of laundry... which seems really high. Also the food prices are high too, but there are a few restaurants in walking distance close by.

limited kitchen food options. Our room had many mosquitos. I even had a mosquito in my Gallo pinto. Probably because of the rainy season but I didn’t expect so many in the room. Everything was clean. The staff was decent. For the price it was very good service.

Stayed here 4 times now. The first two times everything was great the last two times there have been check in issues. Most recently apparently they gave my reservations to a family that asked for an extension even though I booked a month in advanced. They were able to get me into my reservation not too long after check in but I had to discuss a resolution with them. overall I would probably stay here again but probably only as a quick stop on the way in or way out. Only because it is really close to the airport and shuttle service is pretty good 24/7.

The hotel is very convenient to the airport. You get basic needs in an air conditioned room. Breakfast was ok and it's included with your reservation. Area seems safe. It is located within a residential community. My only complaint is a driver was supposed to be waiting outside and have a sign with my name, unfortunately that didn't happen it was very late. I saw a person outside with the hotel name and asked him if he could take me. That i had a reservation there. I was able to ride with him but when I got to the hotel they were telling me I didn't have a reservation. Thankfully I had my email confirmation. Overall it's a decent and safe place to stay if you have a late or early flight.

I booked three nights because i wanted to left my bags inside the room while i was on a tour, when i came back i realized the hotel sold the room and moved my bags to the storage. I was confused and upset because i even told the staff i was coming back. At first the person working at the reception asked me to call expedia so i can get a refund, but after a while he told me that he will contacted expedia...i am waiting for the refund, hopefully i will get it soon. Everything was great with the hotel and staff, but because that bad experience i wont book this hotel again.

Great value, basic rooms, but very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice courtyard areas. Warm water in the shower, but ithe knob is on the right-hand side, so I first thought there was only cool water. Quite convenient to the MGA airport Secure neighborhood, but Google Maps directed us to a road into the neighborhood that is gated and locked. You need to take the road between the UNO and PUMA gas stations, then enter through the security gate into the neighborhood, then the hotel is about 7 blocks farther. Pretty decent restaurant on site, with fairly basic menu options. Plan to stay here again next time we drop off someone at the MGA airport for flight departing at 5:35am.
