Hotel location was excellent if you are going to the Hall of Fame, Bridgestone Arena, and Broadway. Hotel was nice, seemed clean overall. Staff was not overly friendly, especially one of the older gentlemen who worked in the morning.

Was disappointed that there were no safe, dressing gown, slippers shower caps etc in the room.
It would great to have USB charging port somewhere in the room.

Everything was just perfect!!!
The hotel was in a perfect spot and the staff was very helpful. I use a wheelchair and everyone went out of there way to help.
