I absolutely loved this place. Price was good. Location was great. It was extremely clean. There was no pool or porch but we weren’t in the room that much so it didn’t matter. The only thing that might be a problem for some people is there is no elevator so you have to lug your suitcase up and down. Definitely would stay here again.

The room was very clean and it was well stocked but the only problem we had with it was there was no TV in the bedroom the couch was very uncomfortable and the floors were creaking really bad and it sounded like people from upstairs was going to come through the ceiling at any time but besides those few things it was a very nice place and reasonable price to stay and very well located . It just wasn’t for us will be staying in a hotel in the future

Ive stayed at the Washington Black Swan location which was excellent. The Nashville location was VERY disappointing. Young children played in the hallway outside my door. I heard EVERY step of the room above me as there is no soundproofing or rugs. I complained about noise during day. Was told quiet time was 10pm-8am. I had the same problem during quiet hours. It felt like people above me were in my room. After midnight the noise from above stopped but started again at 730am waking me up for the day when I had hoped to sleep for 2 more hours. Not a good place for a good nights sleep. The room appeared clean at first but there was dirt hanging from cabinets above refrigerator. There was dirt on bathroom light fixture. There appeared to be food on window of microwave. Minor issues with TV due to Black Swan not signed in. Black Swan is not present on the property which wasn't an issue in Wash DC because I had no issues. WOULD NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN. Not sure if I will stay at another Black Swan property again. They are great if you dont have issues. I called Black Swan in the am. Operator tried to apologize and said operations would follow-up. Unfortunately, that doesn't help me and felt like an empty apology.... especially after I complained during day and they told me it wasn't quiet hours but I had the same issues at night and morning

Ron was comfortable in an older building. When people moved upstairs it was loud - could hear each individual footfall. Ron itself was comfortable enough.

If you want to save money, book here! We saved hundreds of dollars by staying 4 blocks away from costly hotels that were charging over $400/night. Save off the road parking spot and walking distance to Broadway and all the crazies! Perfect spot for just the two of you. Will stay here again!

Great location to everything around Broadway. We were able to walk to the places we wanted to see. Ample parking available. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable.

We went to Nashville to enjoy the scene on and around Broadway. This property was incredibly nice, convenient, in great shape. Great choice for such a visit.

The condo was very nice. Furniture was comfortable and good looking. It was well appointed with all the kitchen and bath items you would have at home. We felt safe and comfortable all weekend. Very convenient to downtown Nashville. We easily walked back and forth to Broadway. Will recommend to friends and family.

Here’s why this property didn’t get 5 stars: - we had to go up two flights of stairs to get to our room (luckily we were not an older couple). If there was an elevator, I never saw one or a sign for one. - it was a decent walk to broadway where everything is. There are closer options. We had never been to Nashville so we didn’t know what to expect distance wise. - it was fairly quiet but we were only there 3 nights and a garbage truck came twice and empty giant dumpsters outside our bedroom window. - at one point we left, my husband locked the door and checked that it was locked (as we do every time we leave somewhere) and we came back to an open door… so we are not sure if the lock was defective or if someone was in our unit but it didn’t make me feel secure after that.

I have a number of items and some photos. I checked in and within 3 hours checked out. I ended up spending my vacation at another hotel. I contacted Black Swan with the issues, they said too bad, no money back. I plan to pursue this to get me money back, will Expedia help?

Mold in bathroom, dirty counters and table tops, towels were not clean, sheets were not the right size for the bed nor fitted.

First off, I would go back. The location is great if you are looking for nightlife. Easy walk to lower blocks of Broadway, but far enough away to be nice and quiet. There were two minor issues that kept this from being a 5-star. Safe was broken and there was mold on the shower curtain. I'm sorry, for $150 fee, replace a moldy show curtain that is maybe $1. Also, service is a 3 since they have no local help, all virtual.

The property was inviting and provided excellent space within walking distance of all our activities.

Great locaton for conference at Music City Center.

First time vistor to Nashville, it was a central location to walk everywhere! Our apartment was very clean and updated. Only negative would be that we were not familiar with Apple TV- we would of preferred cable. Great getaway!

Perfect location! Close enough to Broadway you can walk, but far enough away you are away from the noise. Our room was perfect! Clean, comfortable and welcoming! This is our go to when we return

This property was great if you don't mind noise. There was a construction project adjacent to the property which made it very noisy early in the morning. The windows are not double-paned, so even with a "wind tunnel" available in the room, it was loud. You have to walk at least 2-3 blocks to find restaurants, which wasn't a big deal for us. It is a great location for walking to Broadway and museums. The room was well set up if you wanted to get food delivered. The bed was very comfortable.

The lobby had a terrible mold smell which continued to the room. The room was clean however, no instructions for tv. Air conditioner came on and off randomly. There is no mirror to get ready. Reached out to get late check out no response. The location is great but can’t get past the smell.

The place was amazing snd it had everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would definitely come back.

My car and 2 others had windows broken and robbed. We all had things stolen. Police reports filed. Hotel would do nothing to compensate us for our loss. Said park at your own risk.
