The hotel staff for both the day and night is excellent. They are friendly and willing to assist us on our various inquiries and they answered perfectly well and very friendly.
Our room itself which was the superior room in 7th floor have a balcony. The view was amazing and it gets pretty cold at night. The room is quite clean and i was quite happy that they actually had a laundry service which cost 8 Lira per item. We have a few of our clothes washed and they actually iron as well before they return the clean clothes to us.
The breakfast spread is slight small but its ok as the hotel is not packed . We love the quiet atmosphere during breakfast :).
