Super close hotel to hospitals and good outside. Pool was cloudy and strong. Breakfast was okay. Room was not too clean and stains present. Dishes were used and put away dirty or fingerprinted. Beds were stained. Carpet smelled horrible. Fire alarm at 415a. Staff were not excited to help us or check us in. Not an overall good experience. Would try it again if different cleaner room maybe.

Stayed 6 nights in room 232. The floors in the unit above us creaked bad. 4 nights there was a family in that was above us and kids running across the room as early as 6 am and as late as 11 pm. Had to call the desk 3 times at 11 pm to have the family calm the kids down. I have my doubts the front desk ever call. They ran out of coffee every morning in the so so breakfast area. They had none pre-made. Had to wait each time for them to make some. Pool has green water

The sink was leaking, the sofa was uncomfortable, the dishes were dirty, staff was not friendly. The phone was not working, so my kids were going down to get extra blankets and towels.

The room was nice and clean, the lady who checked us in was really nice. The breakfast food was good if you are able to get it, they don’t keep enough food coming out for the amount of people down there in the morning. But that’s my only complaint.

The hotel was fine. I would have liked to see more amenities in the form of travel toiletries offered in the room. It cold have used a detailed deep clean. There was nothing terribly wrong, and it didn’t stand out as amazing either.

Hotel check in was not ready by 3 pm, upon entering the room after waiting an hour past check in, the room was still dirty. Crumbs all over counters & floors, other peoples food in fridge, bathroom toilet was dirty & there was blood/bodily fluids all over the head board.

I requested additional towels during our 3 night stay. Towels were delivered but this apparently translated into no housekeeping during our stay at all. Unfortunately, the beds were worn down and not very comfortable. The location was great within walking distance to a park and good restaurants in the grove district and easy access to the attractions we wanted to visit. The hotel was pretty quiet.

The name of the hotel described the stay. It was literally like a second home. Utensils with plates, bowls, cups, mugs, and etc. The room were very clean and I loved how there was a pool. Me and my family had a ball. I also loved the self serve food and how I was able to make waffles this morning for me and the kiddos they enjoyed them and me as well.

We like the Home 2 suites STL/Forest Park because it is close to our family and there are lots of things to do nearby. The breakfast offers the usual pre-prepared eggs, breads, and breakfast sandwiches. Vanilla yogurt is nice to get and the waffles are good. Coffee is good. It is great to have a full sized refrigerator in the room. Not found of the bedding (the quilted blanket is too small). Mattress is comfortable, pillows LARGE. Good parking lot.

This hotel was nice and our room was really roomy and great for our stay. The only complaint I have is the breakfast staff! They are so rude and not friendly at all! Also, the front desk staff although they are friendly are not the most informative about things. Our stay was for 2 1/2 weeks and we got to see a lot of the people and the workings of this hotel. There could definitely be some improvements. I would recommend staying at this hotel but for the price it could be better.

Overall, I was quite satisfied with the experience, although there were a few aspects that fell short of perfection. Firstly, I would like to commend the majority of your staff, as they were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. Furthermore, I appreciated the promptness with which a mistake was rectified by your team. It demonstrated a high level of efficiency and professionalism. In terms of the accommodations, I was pleased with the spaciousness of the room. It provided ample comfort and convenience. Additionally, the breakfast options offered were enjoyable and met my expectations. However, I did encounter a minor issue during my stay. When we requested additional towels from a member of the room/cleaning service staff in the hallway, we were informed that she was not assigned to our particular room and therefore denied the request. It would have been more convenient if all staff members were able to assist guests with such simple requests. Lastly, I feel compelled to mention that there was a noticeable odor of marijuana in the hallway on a few occasions. While I understand that this is beyond the hotel's control, it did affect the overall ambiance and perception of cleanliness.

Wonderful spot near Children's Hospital. Loved the room and everything included. Will be staying here anytime we go to St. Louis. This is also close to the Zoo and Science Center. The staff was phenomenal!

Over all it was great! Very small issue regarding cleaniness was the ice bucket had trash in it. I washed it, so no real biggie. It would have been nice for the continental breakfast to include standalone meats, instead of just sausage muffins or chibatta bread with cheese. I do recommend.

We stay here at least once a year and are never disappointed. Clean with awesome staff. Has a great shuttle that we use to go to Barnes hospital. They are very accommodating and we love it for whether we are going to the hospital or a game. Would suggest for any occasion.

We came to the room with the feeling that the room was not ready or clean enough. No shampoo, no shower gel,or extra pillows. Even the pull up sofa blanket were open and looked used. When we used the shower the dirt came off, the sink has dirt too! Lot of noise in the hallways and at 1 AM a vacume was cleaning above us for more than 30 min. And when we called the front desk it did not help. The street noise also was a plus too. Other than that the building is new, furnture are in very good shape. Pull up sofa is juat ok. Might give them anothe chance if the price was much lower than the hundred seventy!

I had been told by the evening check in lady that breakfast was over at 10 am and when me and my children showed up to eat at 9:35, breakfast had been taken down and they would not give us any items to take with us. Disappointing. The gal told me that on weekdays breakfast is over at 9:30 but that is not what I had been told.

I appreciated the courteous staff, but there were often too few in the customer area - and sometimes several hanging out in a visible office area while multiple people were waiting for service. The property seems dated with stains on the carpets, dresser drawers that won’t stay closed, and an overall musty smell. Also, finding clothes from a previous guest in the bathroom vanity did not start our stay on the best footing.

Roaches! The room looked pretty clean when we checked in. But when I got up at 2am to use the restroom and get a drink, I saw roaches scurry when I turned on the light. I was not able to get back to sleep. I noticed the breakfast bar was in need of some deep cleaning, and the women's restroom in the lobby was in dire need of cleaning that morning as well. The kids did enjoy the pool. The hotel appears to be very pet friendly. Lots of people going in and out for smoke breaks. It was a Monday night, so it was fairly quiet, though busy. The front desk staff were polite, maybe a little brusque at times, but it didn't bother me.

We were greeted by super friendly staff when we arrived to the hotel. It was easy to find and a good place for us to have as a home base while we were in St. Louis. Front desk staff let us know about different points of interest in the city, and even though we didn't take advantage of it, it was really nice that they offered a shuttle to different areas. The pool was my kids' favorite part. I think a lot of people were using the pool throughout the day because when we went both evenings, it was hard to get any towels. Overall, the stay was good, except on the second day we started to find cockroaches in our room. They were coming from the bathroom. I'm not sure if this is an issue with just that particular room or an indication of a bigger issue at the hotel, but that was unsettling and we were happy to be checking out. The staff gets a full five stars, the hotel itself/cleanliness...not so much.

I was disappointed that there wasnt body lotion in the bathroom. I left mine at home thinking that since this was a Hilton brand there would be some there. Wrong! I checked out feeling like a dried up prune. On the bright side, the A/C was fabulous! Slept in an ice-cold room...just the way I like it!
