I’m grateful to find this room available on a random trip. I was tired of traveling and needed to sleep. The room was very clean but not well equipped for October temperatures. A sheet and one skinny blanket did little to keep me warm enough through the night. Otherwise, I had a terrific hot shower in the morning.

We rented 2 rooms outside on the balcony other guests were smoking Marijuana not even 2 feet from my grandsons, cigarette smoking all night. Our door did not close completely and our window was cracked so it was freezing

A little too expensive for what you’re getting

The bath tub wouldn’t drain, air conditioner wouldn’t work. The property manager said everything was fine. This was our Third year going to Hampton beach.

The room was located on the bottom floor which was nice. As soon as we opened the door you could smell the mold. The fridge had been unplugged and smelled of rotting food. The very old AC unit when turned on blew out mold as you could smell it. The front desk wasn't very pleasant to deal with at all. Other than the location which is a bit of a walk to the beach, this place is not good. We will not be returning.

Easy check in and check out. Didn't go in the pool but it looked ok. If you happen to stay in room 208, tread very lightly while navigating to the kitchen area. The bedframe is rather close to the corner and we basically ran into it about 50 times. Our room was clean and smelled great upon entering. We had all the towels we needed. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Pillows were a bit flat but we made it work. Staff members we encountered were all friendly and offered to help with our bags. We felt safe and would recommend staying there. (Note: we only stayed one night)

We stayed here for 1 night while in town for a concert paid 343 through hotels.com
Would have been less to book direct
Price match submitted without response from hotels.com
Just a Place to lay your head
Ac was held together with tape and made a horrible loud noise
Smoke alarm went off in the night had to remove it to stop it
Toilet seat was not clean and cracked
Bed was clean and comfortable

Staff was nice, outbuildings looked good.
Once inside the room, that's where it all changed. Smelled musty, lingering marijuana smell. Room Door had large gaps around it, could hear everything outside. Room was very outdated run down, and bed was very hard (could not sleep). I will say the best thing in the room was the bathroom. Convenient location (block away from ocean beaches and shopping strip. Unfortunately will not be staying here for $200/night again.

We decided a couple of weeks ago to add a day at Hampton Beach onto our camping trip, to get to the ocean and have our fill of seafood for the summer. The only hotel/motel within walking distance of the beach was the Flagship, so we paid the $300 for one night. The staff are very friendly and the location is ideal (10 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk), but the hotel condition is not worth a 19 hour stay (check in at 3pm, check out at 10am). New bed frames and dresser, but the kitchen sink (also the bathroom sink outside of the bathroom) detached from the wall, broken window glass, missing screen from the bathroom window, the microwave is so antiquated that I took a picture, and the gap between the door/doorframe make it easy to break into the room. I know we shouldn't have expected much, but at $300/night x 20 (or 30) rooms, those little upgrades can be made to upgrade this motel ever so slightly.

Our room was very clean. The staff was very helpful, Air conditioning was premium and our room had a fully equipped kitchenette with everything you could need. The court yard had grills you could use and there is a very nice pool. I loved the fact that it was closer to the State park -not as busy as the boardwalk area, but it was convenient enough to walk up to the Boardwalk for the Bands and Movie night and shops. We will definitely stay there again. A Fun Clean, very Clean place. It was a great trip.

No surprise, no disappointment. The room was exactly as described on the Expedia page. I enjoyed swimming everyday in the hotel pool. Owner was helpful and kind.

This place is obviously not the place for tourists. It’s more of a pay by the week or month alternative apartment style place. Aside from my daughter and I, who stayed for two nights, the other guests seemed to live there long term.
Unfortunately, we were on the ground floor so whenever the guests above us walked around, it sounded like there was a heard of elephants stomping around. The worst part was waking up to the couple next door screaming at eachother and fighting at 6:30am after we had to listen to them partying until 2am.
The best part was the “neighborhood” kids playing wiffleball outside in the common courtyard from 10:30pm-12:30am every night “accidentally” hitting our window and following it up by stomping up and down the stairs and hallways.
I chose to lay in bed, turn the AC on full blast and turn the TV up rather than complain for fear of being labeled a “Karen”.
The place wasn’t terrible but next time I’ll spend the extra money.

Went in to check the room before taking any of our stuff in (thankfully)! Upon checking the 2nd bed in the room there was a bed bug on the pillow. A google search confirmed it was indeed a bedbug. We took a couple pictures and immediately left the room. Went to the office and he said it wasn’t a bedbug but an insect. He offered to move us to the room next to it. No, thank you. I can’t risk getting bedbugs at home. He refunded one night but wouldn’t refund the next night. Reached out to Hotels.com and they went to the hotel. Still no full refund. Which I feel we are entitled to. This wasn’t at any fault of ours.

The Staff was very nice. Sadly others staying at the hotel were very loud at all hours of the night and the walls are very thin. We didn't get any sleep. If you are looking to party it up at Hampton Beach this place will probably suite your needs just fine. I was there with kids and it wasn't really suitable for a good nights rest.

Owner was rude, no heat at 44 degrees Saturday morning, no ice on sight, no blow dryer, coffee maker but no coffee.

I booked 2 nights. Upon arriving everything went okay with check in, my fiance checked us in so i did not have any interaction with staff until the next day. We parked and took everything to our room and thats where it took a turn for the worst. As we were walking up the stairs to our room we had to pass OVER sheets, blankets, and random cleaning supplies left out on the stair landing from Housekeeping. That was whatever, but upon entering our room we were appalled at the conditions. Our A/C was constantly blowing out stale room temp air and it was FULL of mold! I spent multiple hours cleaning it to make it "useable" but it still has mold in it. The carpets were damp and sticky feeling because they are filled with mildew/mold, they leave your feet absolutely disgusting and stained black because they are not clean. The tile is visibly dirty as the grout lines are piled full of dirt and the kitchen floor had crumbs all over it. Everything was covered in dust.. One remote had crumbs of what I hope is food or paint all over it. It was like the room was vacuumed and new bedding/towels were added so it looked clean at a quick glance but was barely touched. The front desk was not accommodating at all and hung up on me after I explained and asked for a new room or compensation on my stay. I am BEYOND disappointed, not only from my room conditions but the severe lack of hospitality and professionalism! Staying here was a waste of money and ruined a good majority of my Hampton Vacation

1)The refrigerator was unplugged and we were not told we would have to plug in.
2) the sink water was missed matched cold on left and hot on right which is normally the otherway around, there was no advance warning or identification indicating so.
3) low rise toilet which used a whole lot of water.

Since I didn't need the 2nd bed, I was upgraded to a king bed, no diff in rate

You could see parts of the ceiling hanging when you flush the toilet it was loud one of the chairs look like it was ready to break down and at one point or another somebody pushed the door and brought the locker sure I wasn’t really secured

I stayed just 2 night, the bedroom was very clean and the shower really good. That's a good price x comfort.

No extra blankets, horrible smell in the room, power cords hanging down from the tv. Will not go back. Spend the extra money and go someplace else

Really one street away from the beach. there is no necessary to pay for parking.

Tv stations all fuzzy. Toilet was moving off floor.

Very nice staff. Great location. Clean. But like most places at Hampton, old. It’s about time they start investing in some remodeling and repairs.

The staff was friendly. The pool was clean. The yard was clean. The rooms were somewhat clean. However, the shower curtain had mold, the microwave was hideous, the fridge was small and wobbled, the air conditioner was very outdated. The bed was harder than rocks. The room kind of small. It’s not the best hotel but definitely not the worst. It’s a short walk to the beach.

No microwave. Was okay. TV was small and few channels.
