Exceptionally clean and comfortable room and bed … and among the best breakfast you can get at this star quality hotel - I will definitely stay here again next time I drive thru Gallup

A comfortable hotel on the 66 route out of Gallup.
Train and traffic noise not a problem. Nice to have a window that actually opened. Area felt busy and safe at night but you are not near much except by car. Seemed very pet friendly. Room very clean and comfy bed. Don't forget some of us drink tea with milk.

Everyone at the hotel was so nice, friendly and helpful. I had to get up and walk our little dog at 3am and the desk person was out walking the property with a flashlight checking o things. She offered to make a fresh pot of coffee for us which we greatly appreciated.

Plumbing: backing up water in bathroom, when checking in front desk was in hurry to get the process over and done with no regard of customer service...there is railroad across the road with never ending containers being transported, together with a 24/7 gas station viewed from the room...extremely noisy., would not recommend to anyone.

The pool and hot tub were not functional. The staff and property were excellent. I would stay here again.

Had a very good stay. Staff was outstanding, very clean, what I would expect from a Fairfield. Breakfast was great! Only issue was hot water, it was very limited and took a long time to get to the room. I would defiantly stay here again

On the outskirts of Gallup, NM. The hotel is very clean and tidy. Must be a newer hotel or recently remodeled. Would stay here again!

Great hotel with lots of food options close by. A great place to stay if you like trains as they go by every couple of hours. If you are a light sleeper this is not the hotel for you.

Hotel was very nice but two things wrong. It was near the railroad tracks and we stayed in a room that faced the tracks. There are a LOT of trains that go thru there. They did not blow the horn but as a light sleeper I heard them on the tracks all night. Second thing, the water NEVER got very warm. At best it was luke warm after leaving it on for a long long time. Told them at front desk but got no reaction.

The stay was fine. But we had no hot water for our shower. This was very disappointing because we had been traveling all day and it was a very cold night.

I had a decent stay. The water took literally 15 minutes to get hot, the tvs are so old you can’t hook anything up to them, there was also a line to use the only luggage cart they have. Breakfast was mid and the heat in the lobby sucked. It was 65 degrees. Walls and curtains had massive stains.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and the cleaning staff and maintenance staff were also very helpful. We were impressed by the person who kept the breakfast area filled with food. She checked it every few minutes to make sure the food had not run out.

Only 1 front desk person on a Saturday night!!! The line to check in was long and frustrating. Also onn expedia which i used under what to expect at check in, there was nothing listed. Orhers hotels listed charges for oets or incidentsals. So i was surpristed when they asked for my cc. I paid the room in full. It should have been listed

With being a chain there are certain expectations. After driving all day wasn’t too happy waiting for a cart to appear. Kinda hard for me to believe a Marriott only had 1 cart for luggage. Kinda disappointing

The place was pricey for what we got. First, there were NO rolling carts available which made a terrible first impression & no fun for a weary traveler. Next the bed was hard, no pillow tops here. Pool & hot tub not available. It was clean and breakfast was good.

We went to a wedding event that was 30 minutes away. This place did well serving breakfast. I was hoping for some fresh berries for the waffles but it was great to see nice options for first meal of the day. Wishing the pool and spa was open on both trips here but it looks like they haven't repaired anything yet.

This is my 2nd time staying at this property when driving by Gallup. Great experience both times.

Kids running the halls and screaming until after midnight and we were near the desk. The morning staff was rude. Room wasn’t ready for checking because they were short staffed.

Everything was amazing. The entire place was clean. The room was fantastic. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. The bathroom was a good size. This was the best hotel we have ever stayed in while traveling. Amazing.

Front desk staff was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would mention was the bed linens were very old and worn with holes.
