Air condition in room was terrible. Had to ataybon 24hrs a day and was loud. Ice machine was broke for 3 days. Staff was clueless about ice and many things. Very much rookies. Not good forthe price

Excellent, comfortable hotel. Comparable to a good 4 star hotel in US. Location is good too, with several restaurant and a fresh food market just across the street. Downtown is $3 Uber ride away.

The room is very dark. When I am taking the shower the floor is very slippery. Curtains can’t close completely. Air conditioner was not working properly. The location is inconvenient.

This place is so cheap they don’t have top sheets. They only have a comforter and I spent 2 weeks not sleeping well as a result. (I asked for a top sheet multiple times and finally got to the bottom of why my bed was missing one.)

The staff was generally very nice, but some could have been a bit more helpful and the management needs to loosen up the bar and restaurant staff to be less rigid and penny pinching. The food and drink were only okay, but very expensive. A less regulatory, more gregarious approach to the clientele would go a long way to making it a much better stay. The pool is only a lap pool, but the building was nice, as were the rooms. The location is quite good too.

The hotel is ok but I want to warn others to avoid the breakfast buffet. $40 US per person for horrible food. Who charges that much for cereal, fake eggs, and yogurt! Basically just continental breakfast stuff. I was completely shocked when we got our bill!

Great Place to stay and close to the stadium for events. Only area of opportunity is the area around, not friendly for walking in terms of demarcation or pedestrian security areas

Was a nice place to stay. Right across from the stadium and a nice park. Great if you have plans for a show/event at the stadium. All around I was happy with my stay. The free breakfast was good.

I was thrilled with the property and the staff. We would go back in a heartbeat. The walk around the park was also nice. Be careful where you book though. Some services don't let you book the breakfast in advance - which is a deal up front and very expensive if you try to add it at the front desk.

We had breakfast at the hotel on the second day just a generic small buffet style breakfast that almost everyone throws in for for staying at their place but not the Hilton Garden Inn that plain Jane simple breakfast cost $48.23 what a joke and will never be a return customer

Very poor customer service. Unprofessional staff. Rude security guards. My first time and last staying at this hotel. Security guards were following me around the property like I was a criminal or doing something wrong. Very strange behavior. Front desk people very rude too.

I was fortunate enough to stay in a balcony suite on the top floor of the Hilton Garden. What a beautiful view of the stadium and the city. I had a wonderful time at this hotel. I really enjoyed the location, staff, and the food. The hotel is right next to the national stadium and park. It is directly across the street from several good restaurants and a convenient food market. If anyone needs a Covid test before returning to the US, there is a testing lab only one block away! The staff at the Hilton Garden was very friendly and accommodating. Everyone in the restaurant, reception area, and lobby was polite and very attentive to detail. They created a warm atmosphere. Finally, I have to give my praise to the hotel restaurant. Service was fast and the food was fantastic. I enjoyed eating on the 14th floor. The breakfast had everything you could ask for. For dinner, the steak, shrimp, and other seafood was exceptional. I even went back twice for the spicy seafood soup, which was full of octopus and calamari. Very reasonable prices as well. Thank you for a very comfortable and wonderful stay!

I booked the wrong Hilton, check the nicer one up the street. Despite that this one has a good location, nice views. The garage is small but manageable. I reported a leaky toilet and was told it was water pressure. This thing woke me up all night. A little too expensive for what it is. You are better off paying a few extra bucks for the right Hilton.
