While the hotel itself is excellent, the addition of the BOX convention center has made a crowded parking lot even worse. The facility was built attached to neighboring hotel with no additional parking making it a disaster when there are events.

It is nice to have a separate bedroom and a TV in the front room and another in the bedroom. The hotel was nice and quiet which helps with sleeping.

The hotel was nice however I called for my room to be cleaned twice and they never came then the front desk handed me a vacuum when we returned in the evening to find it had not been cleaned. It was horribly rude and unprofessional.

Loved our stay here. We had a full kitchen which was very convenient and the kids loved Watiki the water park. 10/10 recommend!

Very nice hotel. The room was good size, warm, and inviting; however, the bed was not overly comfortable for me. Bed was hard pillows were soft. Just not my preference but otherwise very nice.

My room I wAs checked into was disgustingly dirty! I will not be staying there again. I have children who are still small and touch everything and seeing how dirty The room was we left.

The hotel accommodations were limited in regards to handicap accessible features, non slip shower mats, handicap shower chairs, wheelchair were unavailable. The walk from the elevator to the hotel room which was at the opposite end of the building made accessibility difficult for one with mobility issues. However, the room is large enough to maneuver with medical assisted equipment which is a difficult find in hotels located in Rapid City area, the beds were extremely comfortable especially for one who ran the Run Crazy Horse marathon, noise level was minimal, and breakfast hit the spot.

With the price, would expect more services. Have to request maid service and check-in could have been friendlier. Location is great for Mt Rushmore and very convenient and unique dining options. Also, kudos for being very pet-friendly!

Location for sightseeing was good. Multiple hotels hooked up sharing a restaurant and waterpark. Checkin was disappointing. Failed to inform us of no housekeeping services. When a request for extra blanket and towel was made at front desk in the morning, it didn't take place, had to make second trip to front desk. 5 adults staying in a suite and no one came in to empty the trash for three days. Paid for a suite sleeping six and charged for extra person. Lack of staff to assist with breakfast. overall disappointed

The front desk staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The continental breakfast is not the most extensive, but certainly enough to give you a good start to your day. The property is well kept, feels safe and it’s in a convenient location to go shopping or hop on the freeway.

Place was clean, beds were a little hard. The air conditioning does not work. It just kept getting warmer and warmer even though the temperature was set for cooling.

The check-in staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was OK. I thought for a continental breakfast there might be more options. The eggs were grainy, didn’t have the right consistency. When we went to check out early in the morning at 3 AM there was no one there and when someone did show up, they were unable to print my receipt. The facility itself was very clean, high end quality.
