Very friendly and accommodating staff. Our room was not quite ready when we arrived. We were offered a different room but chose to wait for the room we reserved. This was the third time we have stayed at this hotel.

Property was in a decent area the staff was great but they only clean the room once a week. You have to go to the front desk to get new towels after a couple of days. You have to empty your own trash and put it outside the door. The halls had peoples trash outside of their room.I understand about the shortage of staff.

I recently stayed at this wonderful place with my four kids, and it turned out to be the perfect choice for us. The cleanliness, tranquility, and overall safety of the location made our stay truly enjoyable. The staff played a significant role in making our experience outstanding. They were incredibly friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The convenience of having a full kitchen and a refrigerator in our room was a blessing, especially when traveling with four children. It allowed us to prepare and store meals easily, making the trip much more convenient and cost-effective. Without a doubt, we're already planning to return to this amazing place for our future vacations. The positive memories and exceptional service have left a lasting impression, and we can't wait to come back.

Candlewood is a very quiet, comfortable hotel located near several restaurants and walking trails. Great for an extended stay. Only downside was the elevator, which was being serviced the morning of our departure. Great staff - from the reception desk to housekeeping to maintenance, all very friendly and over the top helpful

Super nice staff. Free laundry facility! Missing breakfast option but awesome coffee shop about 15 steps away and several restaurants within walking distance. Kitchenette is a plus if you wanna cook. Room was comfortable. Great value.

This place was adequate but not amazing for me. I woke up on Saturday morning to find that the lobby coffee machine wasn’t working. The guy at the front desk attempted to fix it and wasn’t able to so I said I would walk to Starbucks, which was nearly a mile away. He never bothered to tell me there was another coffee shop right in the parking lot. Sure I could have figured that out but overall it just didn’t feel like a super welcoming place. I didn’t feel that there was any sense of. Oh gosh we want to make this right for you. It was just “sorry”

The hotel was in a busy but safe part of town, close to a soccer tournament field complex. The front desk staff were welcoming and accommodating. No issue with our dog and there was a little gravel path circled the property for dog walks. The room itself had a very noisy, but full-sized refrigerator, and small sink with two-burner stove. Mini coffee maker. Firm but comfortable bed. Toiletries in bathroom were sparse but this hotel seems to cater to long-term business travelers so that may be why. We were satisfied with the stay and location.

This was a wonderful property--very friendly check-in; nice decor; great beds and shower. The hotel featured a shop with food available at all hours which could be cooked in the full kitchen in our suite. Parking was very easy. An all-round great experience.

Not bad. It wasn’t luxurious or anything but I wasn’t expecting luxury. I didn’t love that the fridge rattled ALL NIGHT LONG when the motor was running and that the air conditioner had a screeching sound when it started up each time. Multiple rooms close by had very loud people. Someone was screaming at their children maybe at like 2am? Anyways, it was a place to sleep (albeit fitfully) and I had a kitchen to cook breakfast in the morning. Was it superb as the ratings suggested? Absolutely not. Was it adequate so I didn’t have to drive all night long? Yes. Will I stay here again on the way though? Probably not. I think I can get better quality for my money elsewhere.

Filthy rooms. There was dried up what appeared to be coffee all of the counter when we got in there. An hour after noticing that, I saw legitimate human feces on the toilet paper roll that’s in the bathroom. The shower drain was clogged, what appeared to be Cheetos came out of it and the towel rack was like pasted to the wall and nearly fell off when I was grabbing the towel. Do you guys not clean the showers to notice there was practically nothing getting down the drain??? Dirty handprints all over the walls by the chair and on the wall next to the shower. I wiped down the entire room myself because that signed little “we assure your room is clean” paper on the nightstand was total BS. The elevators and hallways reek of cigarette smoke. The fridge constantly makes noise. When walking down the hall and seeing room service with the door propped open cleaning a room, they legit just barely touch the counter and fridge while cleaning. I have no idea how you guys have the rating that you do. Disgusting and I will never be coming back. The only good part was that each person we interacted with at the front desk was very professional and kind.

Property was small, quiet, and comfortable. They had a laundry room next to their gym that allowed a workout while doing laundry. Access to the property was easy and the staff was friendly. Plenty of stores nearby to get whatever you might need. Room was good-sized and comfortable.
