Convenient to the airport. Clean and secure, but sorta bare bones. No safe. No hair dryer in the bathroom. But, the price is beyond right.

Hotel was great, clean. Good sized room. Front desk unprofessional. Would still recommend because of facilities but front desk staff can really upgrade or downgrade the overall experience.

A/C Is very good ,tranquile place,one suggestión More gardens, space, for swimming pool, basic but good breakfast.

Somewhat noisy outside through late night, drunk people talking loudly and traffic noise. When I arrived was told elevator was not working then suddenly it was, then it wasn’t working in the morning, not good for elderly that can’t climb stairs. Also website needs to have information regarding the hours the free shuttle to airport is running. Restaurant food was good!

Very clean and nice. Comfortable beds and great air conditioning. Free breakfast was terrible but the coffee was great.

You can hear everything from hallways and outside, luckily I had some ear plugs.

Everything was good the food was good the only thing I reserved a double room for 4 people but because it was only two names on the reservation I had to pay extra for the third person which I think was not necessary since it was a room for four people. I was asking for an extra towel and they never brought it to me.

Very clean place,transportation to the airport was great! And convinience for the food.next time visiting mexico will stay there i recommend it

Stopped overnight for a flight, called for airport transport at 10:40 pm they said the shuttle would be 5 minutes after waiting 30 minutes I called back and they said the shuttle ends at 11pm I explained u called at 10:40 and was told 5 minutes. Ended up having to get a cab from airport which was half the price of the hotel.

Over all our we were happy with our accommodations. However the air wasn’t working very well in the dining area

the aria is horible, Could not sleep at all, there is multiple dogs in the backyard that bark all night, Adding to there are chicken that started to sing around 4:30 am.
I will never go there again.

We suggest Urbainn for a short stay. The hotel is clean and close to rhe airport. It is not in a walkable area.
