Great place. Simple, basic place that takes care of you and gives you a nice place to lay your head for the night.

CORRECTION FROM PREVIOUS REVIEW
- I mixed this properly up with another one that has a very similar name. It is this the other property that had many, many issues. This one is fine.
The room is clean and the staff are friendly. There is a daily continental breakfast. The parking lot has a coded key entry. The staff will turn the air conditioner on to prepare the room before arrival. They have also done a great job at remembering the details of my preferences and honoring them each stay.
I am in Corcoran for work-related reasons and have stayed at almost all of the properties in the immediate area. This is the one I have returned to given its overall advantages - proximity to the prisons and downtown area of Corcoran, affordability, cleanliness, and value.
