Cozy, comfortable and very close to Atlantic. Susan and Len very hospitable and accommodating. Ocean City and all involved did a fabulous job for the first ever Music Festival 🇺🇸

The staff were super friendly and helpful. It’s right on the main coastal highway so lots of eating/shopping options. There’s a beach entrance a very short walk up the street.

My stay was great! Larry checked me in was a gem. Place was clean. Staff made sure we had clean towels. Walk to the beach is a breeze with a sidewalk right to the sand. Would come back again!

The motel was small, well-maintained, very convenient and the staff were fantastic! The rooms were clean and well-equipped. The parking was easy and so convenient to leave your beach stuff in the car and not need to carry up to the room. Just a few buildings from the beach and the pool area was also nice. Overall great experience and deal and we will definitely stay here again!

The room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable.The kitchen was fully stocked with whatever you need. There weren't any napkins but we went to the office and grabbed some. The a/c worked really well. The pool was nice and well maintained. The staff were all friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the noise. It's right next to a very busy road, and I couldn't sleep without ear plugs.

As soon as I got there Leo, the guy that works there in the afternoon what is extremely helpful and kind and made me feel very welcomed. The next morning the lady who works morning shift was just as nice. They helped me out with anything and everything I needed. They even gave me advice of things I could do around there. I enjoyed popping my head in the office just to visit with them every once in awhile. Not to mention the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable and they had everything you would need in there. If I ever go back to Ocean City that is definitely the hotel I will be staying at.

Staff is absolutely amazing and the rooms are very clean, as well as the pool. The only critique we have is that some of the things in the room could use some updating/fixing. The air conditioner worked great, beds were comfy, everything was very clean. Just enough things in the kitchen to get us through a 3 day trip. The pool area has plenty of chairs and tables with umbrellas. Very close to the beach access and other attractions. Def would stay again. Our kids loved looking off the balcony/walk way area to the cars passing on coastal (we were on the 3rd floor). We also loved the chairs outside our room to sit and have a drink after the kids went to bed. Can’t express enough how wonderful the staff is here. Made us feel so at home, even after we told them we dropped the fly swatter behind the fridge and the heat lamp timer knob in the bathroom broke. If you’re looking for close to the beach and a great price, don’t skip this place!

The cable cord in the tv was ruined so tv couldn’t be viewed very good. For the price of the hotel per night hotel needs upgrades- ceiling was peeling, no WiFi, and room was very outdated. The stairs going up to the third floor we’re not stable.

Rooms very clean with kitchenette in the 6 person room. Cleaner than most higher end hotels we’ve stayed in.close to ocean city boardwalk and walking distance to beach. Would definitely recommend!

Great place!!! Kitchenette was prepped and ready for a family of 4 including pots, pans, silverware, and basic food prep tools. We ate out and then we were able to reheat leftovers for lunch the next day in the oven. Place was very clean!! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating!! We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect! Accommodating, friendly, and highly professional staff! Hotel offered more than we needed - we did not use pool, microwave, stovetop, or oven. Room divider was a nice feature. Great location. Would stay again!

Great stay! I even left behind a few personal items and they called me to come back for my belongings. Most places just throw your stuff out! The staff were polite and friendly too. :)

Excellent place to stay. Very clean and everyone was very friendly. The only thing I could say is the water pressure in the shower was not enough to get the shampoo out of your hair very easily.

For an older motel it had the basics and a kitchenette with a large, for a motel room fridge. It was very clean and neat. The staff was very friendly. Was very please to see how well them keep this place maintained.

Nice outdoor pool. The room was spacious and a had full size refrigerator/freezer, as well as a microwave, plates, & silverware. I was allowed to check in a couple hours early and was even given an upgrade to a slightly larger room free of charge, which was really nice.

Staff were friendly and even nice enough to let me check-in early. Convenient location; easy access to the beach and pool. The room was larger than expected & clean. Whenever I want to escape from my hometown for a few days Shangri La Motel is where I’ll stay. And Larry, the night front desk clerk the best!
