There was no staff on site but there was a phone number to call if we had any questions. There was an envelope left in their mailbox with instructions and a key for the cabin. One evening my granddaughter was taking a shower and the water was cold. Also one evening when I was in the shower, it was luke warm and not hot enough. My showers are always less than 10 minutes The cabin was very clean but there were no cups to use for drinking. We did enjoy the location. Thank you

We absolutely loved our stay! The care they took to make their property inviting was great! By far our favorite stay during our visit to Alaska!
