I was disappointed in the cleanliness of my room. There were crumbs on the table beneath the t.v. The floor lamp was dusty, and my son’s sheets didn’t appear to have been washed. The staff was very friendly however and it was quiet and safe.

Staff claims reservation was not in system. Although he found it in both names provided. Blamed it on booking online. Quite lengthy check in and didnt know how to access wifi. No shower supplies. I think they need to train staff.

All the employees at the front desk that I encountered were pleasant, respectful, and helpful. I'd have to say that this Courtyard is LUCKY to have them. If I had to judge this hotel only by the front desk people I encountered it would be 5 stars. My stay was 2 nights: Friday & Sat. However, my room had some small issues that of course when I brought them up to the front desk were corrected right away by the front desk person non the less. My sink plug was stuck down and wouldn't drain right, I had requested new towels from house keeping and never received them and the conditioner bottle was empty. The front desk person corrected all 3 issues quickly. Also, I noticed the tissues smelled mildewy and were damp. The box was sitting at the end of the sink vanity and when you lifted the plastic container that they were in the tissue box was soaking wet. When you would wash your hands and reach with wet hands to shut the water off the water from your hands would roll towards the tissue box. The vanity was light colored and you really couldn't notice the water build up. I requested a new box and was given one. Also, the bed was one of the MOST comfortable beds I've ever slept on at a hotel.

Be Ty nice rooms & property but the coffee maker in our room was missing parts & the cleaning crew kept knocking on our door early in the morning way before check out trying to rush us out - so ignoring.

Room was clean and beds comfy. The hotel let a large leaking garbage bag sit in the lobby by the elevators for 24 hrs. The floor was so sticky. It was disgusting. I was locked out of my room for an hour because my key cards didn’t work and they couldn’t get it fixed. They tried to comp my room for the trouble but said they couldn’t because I booked through Expedia so I contacted Expedia but they wouldn’t help. I’ll never use Expedia again.

We just stayed for one night on a longer trip. The bed was very comfortable. It has a cushion top, but not a very big one. It is firm underneath. The room is spacious and accommodated our family of 4 nicely for the night. Nice size bathroom. The lobby is nice and has plenty of seating and a breakfast/bar area. There was a nice looking seating area and fire pit near the pool. Overall a good stay in a clean hotel.

I walked in very early in the morning and DJ, the night manager, helped me get a room right away. Very friendly and very welcoming, he was definitely a life saver after spending all day on the road.

I stayed twice in one week. Staff is so friendly, room very clean, food and staff at cafe are also great. Feels like a hotel that costs much more. Will be my go-to when visiting Auburn.

Beautiful, clean, quiet property. The girl who checked us in was nice. After we checked in, we went to our room to drop our luggage off. We came back down and the girl was gone and we saw no staff. We waited at the bar, no one came. We left to get food and when we came back there was no one. When we checked out next morning, just a sign on the counter be back shortly.

The room was nice and clean. However, the shampoo bottle was empty. There was no regular coffee stocked in the room with the coffee maker. The housekeeping person was beating on our door at 10:00 even though we had a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. They have Noon checkout. Complaint was made with the management before departing.
