Perfect location for our trip. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby. If you’re looking for any type of luxury or upscale hotel this would not be it, but if you just want a comfortable, clean place to sleep Pelican Inn is your place.

The lady working nights at the pelican inn wouldn’t look up my reservation number after I paid for it a week ago and then gave my room away and was hateful and hung up on me.

Stayed here a few times never had any issues clean, quite, and they may be cheap but the room doesn't look cheap.

The room smelled horrible! I had to check out within an hour without any refund, i couldn’t let my children sleep there. Was offered another room and when I checked it out it smelled the same. Very disappointing experience and a scam in my opinion! Beware of this place!

Not a horrible stay room is clean no breakfast no pool definitely needs a update but I booked a 3 night stay and after the first night I was told I booked a 1 night stay which I continued to argue since having a receipt for 3 was incorrect so after 1.5 hours of phone calls and Expedia arguing with the desk help Expedia ❤️ rebooked the remainder of stay needless to say I’ve seen other reviews that state double charges or increased fees at this establishment just be careful with your booking

Lot of mosquitoes were inside the room. I know swamp area can have mosquitoes but they could spray. I had to use bug repellant while sleeping. Water pressure was not enough in bathtub. Could not take proper hot shower.

Super clean, room looked like it had been remodeled. Will definitely stay there next time i'm in the area. Probably best overall travel room I've stayed in in years. Great value as well.

The best part was we were able to check in VERY early so that helped out a lot as we didn't want to bring the luggage to lunch and shopping with us.

It’s a great value. It’s serves the purpose. The staff or rather the person that checked us in was less than friendly and seemed irritated to even have to help us. The room was adequate. Nice cold air and warm covers. Clean. However. There was a party next door that the music was so loud it was heard plainly over the tv and a/c. It lasted well past 10pm. Overall, decent for the money spent.

Furniture was very old. There was a desk but no chair for the desk. Lamps were rusted. Seemed to be a site for out of town workers. We had no issues though.

Everything was good, but it said no smoking inside the room, but our room, as soon the AC turned on, smell of sigar come out. I had to take off the AC filters and clean them, ised a towel to clean the whole AC (like a maintenance) for the smell to go away
