The room was dated with some wall paper peeling off and the sitting chair was concave at the seat but the room was clean. Front desk staff were nice and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful! Pool and hot tub were perfect for us, they provided towels in the pool area. We saw several dogs so that's a plus for pet owners. The laundry room for customers was nice, the washers and dryers were very modern. We enjoyed the stay.

This hotel was so dirty and run down! We found a pill under a table, a dirty popsicle stick behind a chair, a french fry behind a couch pillow in addition to the mold growing in the shower, the wallpaper warping and peeling everyone and nail clippings along the wall. Disgusting!

I stay here for work and this is a nice a little hotel has everything f you need I stay here every time I fly for work the only I wish is to start breadfast earlier I head to the office around 530 and breadfast opens at 630 am

It was clean. The customer service was fast and friendly. The property was clean and the rooms were also really nice. You can even borrow kitchen essentials like blenders and mixers which I thought was awesome.

Hotel was having exterior maintenance done which resulted in paint overspray getting on my car. A heads up would have been nice so I could have moved my car before they started. The hotel staff and the contractor were not very helpful in resolving the issue. Luckily a good pressure washing was able to remove it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The only thing they could improve on is the breakfast options. They had very limited hot food options. But overall the stay was very nice.

Very nice hotel but no room cleaning during stay. First day they were out of hot breakfast when I came down and I didn’t have time to wait for them to make more and the second day there breakfast person didn’t show up so there was no hot breakfast. I would definitely stay again as I know it’s hard to get help these days.

This Marriott property is a very good value for travelers. They give you a small kitchenette with stove top, fridge, dishes and pans. You can do some light cooking in the room and save some money. The staff were friendly and accomodating. I would recommend adding some adhesive to the shower floor to prevent a fall of someone showering. The white floor of the shower in very smooth and slick!

The overall appearance of the property is well kept from the outside to the inside. I have stayed here a couple of times and I am never disappointed. The breakfast bar opens at 7 on the weekends so plan accordingly.

We'd never stayed at a Towneplace before and had one of the best experiences we've had at a hotel in ages. First, the room was HUGE. We did get a two-bedroom suite, but each bedroom was a good size, and the kitchen and main living area was very spacious. It was very quiet even though we were on a low floor. Parking was easy. The hotel itself is really nice. Breakfast wasn't elaborate, but they had lots of nice little details - cream cheese, peanut butter, butter, or jam for the toast and bagels, real eggs, sausage patties, yogurts, cereals, oatmeal, Belgian waffle makers, juices, really good coffee, etc. They had some fruit like bananas and apples to grab and go. Nothing special, except that we stayed at three other chains during various legs of our trip and they all failed in some of these regards. We'll definitely look for TownePlace Suites in other cities.

I liked the attitude of the front desk staff and the staff caring for the common areas; cheerful and friendly. I did not like the fact that building maintenance appears to be on an emergency basis only. My window drapes are off-track, my bathroom vent fan inoperative and my night stand next to the bed is so unlevel that the drawer with my clothes in it will not remain closed; the drawer opens itself with the slightest vibration in the room. These issues reported on the first day and have not been attended to 10 days later. Aside from these chronic issues, the property has been enjoyable to stay in.
