Pros:
The property is right at the base of the ski slopes and takes 30 seconds to get to the snow.
There is a ski rental shop in the hotel which simplifies things, and guests get a 30% reduction.
The breakfast is pretty good with a decent selection.
Cons:
Very basic accomodation, no frills whatsoever.
The pool changing area & "gym" is falling to pieces and looks terrible.
The "gym" has a couple of exercise bikes, a rowing machine and...er... That's it.
During check-out the receptionist told me to go back to my room on the sixth floor to empty the bin bag and clean a tiny spot on the microwave which I'd missed (apparently the cleaners are not employed for this).

Location was perfect. However check in is super late, not before 5pm if I remember well. Then Check out is super early, like 9am if I remember well. Which is disapointing..staff knocked at our door at 8am and opened the door, while I was sleeping...beside that all good :)

We arrived later in the evening and the staff were very pleasant and efficient at getting us checked in. Gorgeous setting, lovely view to wake up to in the morning.
