21 Broad is in a great location for exploring the town and all its dining options, as well as other services that one might want while on Nantucket. Our King Suite was lovely. Most importantly, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice continental breakfast and afternoon snacks, and we were able to bring our own wine, relax on the front porch, and people watch. We will stay there again next time we go to Nantucket.

Be aware: there was only one photo of the room on the hotel’s website and no information about the square footage of the room we booked. It turned out our King Deluxe room was like literally 13x13 feet.

We enjoyed our stay. Very happy with the room location and amenities. The baked goods in the morning were a nice treat and didn't realize fresh perked coffee is available on the 1st floor, we used the Keurig on the 2nd floor close to our room. Met 2 other couples who have stayed in the past and agree it's a good value for the location and amenities.

We will definitely come back to 21 Broad when we visit Nantucket again and we will recommend it to others, too! We love the location, the proximity to great dining and shops, and the staff is the best! Excellent hotel. We stay in a lot of hotels and this was one of the best we ever stayed in!!

21 Broad is a boutique hotel in an old 1800s home which has been renovated to modern standards. We totally enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is conveniently located in the midst of everything you need and within walking distance of the ferry, dining and shopping. Would highly recommend.

The property is in a great location and well maintained. The king feluxe room was nothing like the pictures on the website. A SMALL corner room too small for a king size bed, not bright or cheery.

Our stay was mostly terrific! In particular, the staff was just outstanding. Each staff member we encountered was kind, patient and helpful, with the night staff being especially outstanding. We do have three things that were less than great. We wondered why the lovely new rugs couldn't have been installed in the off season. That was a bit inconvenient. More worrisome was the fact that our room was terribly cold, especially at night! I had trouble falling asleep because I was so cold. On a related note, adjusting the water temperature in the shower was nearly impossible. It was either scalding hot or icy cold and it took me until our third day to finally have a shower that was somewhat comfortable.

This place was a nice surprise. Beautifully updated and modern look on the inside. clean rooms, really nice bathrooms and showers and comfortable beds. Pretty quiet too, which isn't always the case in the Inns which are typically old and have thin walls. I got a nice room on the northeast corner so a nice sunrise woke me up everyday instead of my alarm. 4 big windows in that room so it was nice and bright in the AM. in-room k-cup machine as well as 2 coffee stations in the inn with water and everything you need. that's a nice touch.

Loved the home baked goodies! We were happy to see they had great beach chairs. Lovely guiet patio with a fire pit. There was a rain head shower which was nice but a hand held feature was needed as well.

Forst room had a leaky AC vent, but they changed us to a new room without hassle. Overall it was a great stay, they were very accommodating.
