The only complaint I had is that the people upstairs let their children run and jump and it was like they were in our room.

I stayed in the cabins, which I really enjoyed. When I got there, there was a used towel still hanging on the door. The toilet kept running also. I notified the staff and they tried to fix it, but it didn't work. The staff was friendly, and the $5 to use the hot tub and gym are well worth it.

Interesting historical building with numerous TR placards, historical events and memorabilia. Convient to TR National Park North Entrance. Pet area is very limited.
Better than average fitness room with wide-array of dumbells, but cardio-equipment is limited. Nice indoor pool. Good breakfast. Beds and room were OK.

Absolutely loved it. Very quaint, cozy, and the personal touches added to the whole experience. Great pictures, complimentary cookies/brownies and coffee. Rooms with a patio - so cool. Nice big pool area was south facing and sunshine comes in on a clear day. Good breakfast. Front desk staff super friendly. Loved it!!

I felt like I was staying in someone’s home. The lobby was beautifully decorated. Sunflowers had been planted outside. There were raised garden beds with a variety of flowers and vegetables. The staff was helpful and friendly. Desk clerk even took our picture outside with Teddy’s statue!

Front desk staff were very efficient and friendly. Nice hot tub, sauna, and pool area. Comfortable beds. The brownies were a nice touch!

Room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast selection was very good. The employee who checked us in was great. I had reserved through a third party online company and she suggests a change in room type that was better suited for our needs.

Very friendly and accommodating folks run this inn. We arrived very late, but they checked us in in a such a friendly and warm way that we felt really welcome. The room was clean and comfortable. I can’t comment on the breakfast since we slept late and missed it, but we would most happily stay there again.

We reserved a cabin, not knowing that they are better suited for the longer term stays such as the oil industry workers. The desk manager quickly switched us to a hotel room, which was spotless, comfortable, and had a nice view of the valley. The breakfast provided was a good variety of foods, and the cookies and brownies in the lobby were a plus!

Had to contact staff about a dog barking in rooom across from me. .The issue was rectified in 15 minutes.

We booked 2 months in advance for a cabin. On arrival we were informed there had been a mistake but we would be given an upgrade. Sounds great except the room was so small. There was no place to hang our clothes and not enough floor space to put our luggage on luggage stand. Other than that room was great. If that was an upgrade wonder what the cabin was really like. Pictures looked nice but that can be deceiving

Easy and fast check-in and checking-out process. Helpful, professional, and friendly staff. Nice traditional Mexican restaurant nearby. Freeway nearby. Downtown Main Street within 5 minutes away for more restaurants and cool coffee shop. Thank you.

My original reservation was for a cabin, but water was leaking in it. We didn’t notice it immediately but the staff was excellent and put us in the hotel. She upgraded our room and we had free breakfast also. Outstanding customer service. The hotel was beautiful. I never would have enjoyed the cabin like our room. I would discourage cabin reservations over hotel room.

The room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Nice friendly hotel. The desk clerk was very helpful she went out her way to try and find the type of room I was looking for.

Just a heads up they have a breakfast surcharge even if you don’t eat it.. plus a dog fee so if you stay there with a family of four and a dog you get charged an extra $70 a night. The hotel is nice breakfast was not the greatest I could have gone somewhere else and got what I really wanted. The hotel is clean and well taken care of but it’s Watford city city come on man!!

The person at the front desk was amazing. Very nice and helpful. I was stuck and she helped with directions and ideas. Even on check out she was still there and so nice and cheerful. The cabin was amazing. I like this place and will be back anytime I'm in Watford.
