Internet speed was outstanding. Over 200 mbs both download and upload. Large TV with excellent picture. Condition of room was fine.

The couple who own and run this place are lovely and helpful. The property is dated but clean and nicer than most places I’ve stayed at where the room door opens onto the parking lot. I asked if I could use my portable grill to make dinner and they were fine with it. Highly recommend this for people on a Route 66 adventure like us or in Elk City for any reason.
